No, not worth the hype. The looks good, but the flavor is not there. My husband got the jerk chicken Philly. It was way too salty, I got the Smashburger with Wings. The Smashburger was OK. The pickles was the best for me cause it was crunchy and thick and not soggy. The wings tasted old and barely had any sauce on them, my son got the steak pasta. My son said it didn’t have enough flavor to it, and the Rasta pasta my eight-year-old had. He said the shrimp was good, but the pasta was spicy. I didn’t know it was spicy for him, but it looks delicious but no it was a first time trying it and we don’t have to go back again it was OK definitely worth a try though, oh and not to mention my drink I got the lemonade/peach/lemonade. It was just full of sugar couldn’t even taste the peach in it more like sugar water.

The young lady at the counter was awesome and very polite.
I saw that they had Mumbo sauce and knew that somebody was from up North and had to try it out. If you know about that Mumbo sauce, then you KNOW what’s up!
She made suggestions and I ordered Mumbo wings and a chicken Philly combo and the food was good.

I went into Hungry AF really excited to try it out because of all the great reviews. I ordered a 10pc half hot and half lemon pepper. At first, the cashier said she couldn’t do half and half, but after trying to put it in the system, it allowed her to, so she went ahead with the order. The place was pretty packed, and I waited about 15 minutes for my food. When they finally called my order, I realized it was wrong and they had made it all hot instead of half and half. When I mentioned it, the guy at the counter told me that the half and half option is only available on a 15pc, not a 10pc. I explained that I was told otherwise and that it even showed on my receipt. The cashier then came up and said she had asked someone in the back afterward and was told no. I just wish she had checked or let me know before placing the order instead of after. They ended up giving me a 10pc hot, and while I decided to just keep it, I would’ve appreciated being given the option to choose the flavor I wanted instead of having it decided for me. I was also told that buffalo sauce on the side would be $1, even though I wasn’t taking the ranch or blue cheese that came with the food. I thought that was a bit odd and disappointing. I personally feel like the food was overpriced. I paid $17.27 for what wasn’t even a combo, which didn’t really feel worth it for the food and experience.
Overall, not the best experience it just felt like there was a lot of miscommunication between the staff.

I had an opportunity to eat food from this establishment while visiting family in the area. I did not go to the location and cannot personally speak on the service and the atmosphere. With that being said, my family members would not be supporting this establishment if the service and atmosphere was poor. As a matter of fact, I wanted to try this spot based on their FB post after the initial visit. The food was great! I had the salmon cheese steak, fries, and wing combo. The portions were a good size.

After hearing so much about Hungry AF, I finally tried it. I really wanted to like it but it was, unfortunately, a disappointing experience. The food was just okay – and waayyy overpriced. Meal pictured below was $33. I understand that food cooked to order takes time, but service was super sloooww. My order of Rasta pasta and wings took an hour. C’mon, y’all. There was only one person working the register, so she was taking orders, bagging, filling up the drink machine and cleaning. It seems like on a Sat. afternoon, there would be least 2 people working the counter??? The restaurant is very small and was crowded and loud …. there was no way to eat inside because all seats are taken by customers waiting for their orders. There are no tables, only counter dining. There was really nothing special about HAF food that one can’t also get at the 999,000 other ATL wing spots – and for less $$$ AND (much) shorter wait times. So, I can say I went … I saw … I was underwhelmed and probably won’t return. Your experience may vary.

It’s our second time eating at the restaurant chain but first time at this location. I got the Trey Young which is honey garlic wings with lemon pepper sprinkles. Hubby got Zone 6 which is Hot Lemon Pepper. Everything came out hot and fresh. Food tasted great and looked appetizing. Wings were big. Fries were not oily or overcooked. We will be back.

Wings were good and crispy. The hot is pretty hot but not make you cry or hiccup hot. The smash burger is probably one of the best I’ve ever had. It wasn’t very big but will definitely fill you up. I gotta try to the jerk chicken next time. The fries were decent but left a bit to be desired. Need to season them fries. Don’t forget the lemonade. It tastes great. Music was a little loud but the vibe was good

Tae was AMAZING! Even though we were standing, he made sure we were taken care of the entire time. He was attentive, friendly, and had such a positive attitude.

Great customer service really makes a difference, and Tae definitely made our experience better. If you stop by Hungry AF, ask for Tae!

Didn’t know anything about this restaurant but I’m in the Publix often. From just parking, I watched 5 sets of people come in and out so I know they’re busy (at least more than their neighbors).

Walked into the 2nd person in line and a few seconds later, I was greeted to order. The Panola combo (burger, wings and fries) was on the sign outside so I ordered that, and asked the cashier if she recommended the jerk Philly or the Rasta chicken? She said she loved the pasta and it was more her preference over sandwiches, then said… “You know they opened it right?” Hinting at my shirt, it was a Mario-Themed Super Uncle shirt. I said huh? “Nintendo World in Orlando! I just went this pass summer with my kid and we loved it”. I just spent 3 weeks at home on vacation cause I didn’t know what to do. Could have been luck of the draw, but obviously God guided me here so I appreciated the recommendation.

Onto the food: I’m not a chef but I cook often to avoid eating out so much and appreciated everything here.

Starting with the burger: crispy edges and juicy center, cheese melted through 2 seasoned patties, bunch of pickles, plenty sauce and toasted buns. Checked all the boxes for me. The crinkle fries were crispy yet soft centered and salted. Not disappointing, but not worth writing home about and that’s ok.

Wings: also crispy and juicy. A lot of garlic parm sauce. It was good for me. A lot of wing places like the “fry hard” method, but drys it out. You’re not gonna find that here.

The Rasta Pasta chicken: my family from T&T so we’re no stranger here. I’m looking for HEAT, sweet, smokey, and plenty of spices. They definitely nailed all that here. The chicken is usually dry as a side effect from the grill (that’s why it’s usually sauced) but they kept it juicy! Chicken BREAST no less. Taking a big fork full of the pasta with the chicken was very satisfying. I usually like the save my daughter part of my new meals adventures and it was hard saving her some of this. Most people have trouble with the “spicy exit” but it’s worth it.

Will be returning 10/10. Great Job and service all around.
