I am very picky about Chinese food. Since moving to the area, I have been searching for the best tasting Chinese food in the area and had been disappointed. I viewed the ratings and thought if others are praising the food hopefully it would meet my expectations. The guy who answered the phone and took my order was really nice. So, if I was rating him, he would get 5 stars. Now, I have to take into consideration the food quality and tastes. The dumplings were good but needed more of the filling inside. The fried rice was greasy and had a burnt like taste although my rice was not charred. The boneless spare ribs were a little chewy with some pieces inedible. Sadly, the search will continue…

I go at least once a week, sometimes twice. I’ve had Chinese in almost all 50 states and this is the best I’ve had. Fast, friendly service and the food is excellent. Fresh and hot. I love this place.
