This location is fine. The parking lot is very difficult to understand, which I think is a problem at many locations. I think this store would benefit from having better lighting and signage for the pedestrian crossings. The food is made correctly the first time and the staff are courteous.

I was going to talk to the manager but when I went to the cashier for a refill before I left, the other young lady acknowledged & apologized that she didn’t check on me even though she seen me (her words) around 6:35pm 11/28. Somehow her & another young lady checked on both tables on each side of me & never took my trash or asked if I needed anything.
I had an Togo order that I decided to eat some of before leaving so I was sitting about 30 min. I didn’t need anything at all but it would’ve been nice to have the same courtesy that every paying customer received. I don’t do reviews to get anyone in trouble I do them so companies can stay active in training your employees on great customer service. I’m pretty recognizable so they just didn’t ask.

This is not a review of this particular facility. As with most Chick-fil-A’s, they were quick, kind and courteous. I haven’t been here in a while and upon receiving my number one meal, I noticed the chicken patty was unusually large. After biting into it, I realized while it was larger in size the thickness was much thinner. Also, the quality was not as tasty. It was made up of mostly breading and gristle. I understand most restaurants are struggling with shrink inflation. I think it won’t take long for people to realize what Chick-fil-A is trying to do. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and will be eating more at home.

I came here on Wednesday, January 28th, during my lunch break. The woman at the drive-thru window was rude and not friendly at all. My order was incorrect, and the fries were not hot. It also seemed like there were a lot of new employees working, which may have contributed to the mistakes. However, the interaction at the window made me feel uncomfortable, and I even felt discriminated against. I have never experienced service like this at a Chick-fil-A before.

I’m honestly tired of this location. Every single time I come here, something is missing — whether it’s the sauce, part of my meal, or the drink order is just wrong. It’s gotten to the point where I expect to have to check the bag every single time in the parking lot before I pull off. And trust me, I shouldn’t have to double check basic things like SAUCE at Chick-fil-A of all places.
I’ve given this location multiple chances thinking maybe they had an off day, but no — it’s consistent. Meanwhile, the Chick-fil-A 15 minutes away gets it right every time, so I’d rather take the extra drive just to avoid dealing with this one. That should tell you something.
If you decide to come here, double check your entire order before you leave. Don’t assume it’s right just because it’s Chick-fil-A. I’ve learned the hard way way too many times.

I had issues two separate times I came here. The first time, I went through the drive thru and the person they had on the headset to take orders did not understand anything I was saying. I had to clarify about 5 times that I wanted “Honey Mustard” not Dr Pepper and never said Dr Pepper in my order at all, when I got to the window the guy reading back my order still said Dr. Pepper and had to take it off, and I let them know the woman on headset should not be on headset if she cannot get orders right. I ordered a salad as well and when I got to work and looked at the salad all the lettuce was dotted with red spots.

The second time, I asked them for a breakfast meal and they forgot my hash browns, I caught that before I left the drive thru, my salad wasn’t nasty and spoiled like last time but they forgot to take out the blue cheese.

I will be avoiding this location from now on and going to another one.

Unprofessional Manager Behavior

This is not my first time seeing the manager, Tori, belittle employees right in front of customers. This morning between 7:45 and 8:03 AM, she answered the phone, said to someone “I don’t even want to talk to you either,” and hung up — all while customers could hear. She also spoke to Miss Angela in such a disrespectful, degrading way that it was uncomfortable to watch.

No one deserves to be treated like that, especially in front of customers. I’ve asked a few employees why they don’t report her behavior, and they said nothing ever changes because she’s been there so long. That’s not an excuse — everyone deserves a healthy and respectful work environment.

Chick-fil-A is known for kindness and professionalism, but this kind of behavior from management is the opposite. I truly hope corporate reviews the cameras from that morning and addresses this.
