Service was amazing great customer service As you’re eating on the table the staff come to check up on you to see if you need any refills for your drinks. It was my first time there. The restroom was really cleaned Great job Chick-fil-A. Sorry I didn’t take any pictures of my food . My family and I was on our way to a mini vacation . So we was on a rush we just stopped to get something to eat and to use the restaurant.

Horrible experience today. I told the drive through lady (transaction number 2657) I needed a moment to look over the menu. She kept saying “helllloooo” and laughing so I felt rushed. I got a bacon egg and cheese meal. No cheese was put on my sandwhich. It was super dry. The hash browns tasted like they were fried with fish. Disgusting. Also, asked for ketchup and did get any. Won’t be going back at this rate.

It is very clear this restaurant is primarily focused on quickly serving pickup/drive thru/delivery orders. Eating inside takes a back seat. On a Saturday morning 6 of the 11 taken tables were employees.

Been going here for a while and it’s a typical Chic Fila charm. Recently though if you order drive through it’s becoming a trend that they do not remember your sauces. I ordered a full bottle and didn’t receive ANY sauces including the bottle, but by the time you notice it’s not worth going back. Service is great inside.

I ordered a breakfast burrito this morning. I was highly disappointed with the quality. The burrito was definitely 1 day old. Tortilla was soggy chicken tasted old not fresh. It tasted like they re heated the burrito then gave it to me. I threw the food away. With the current cost of goods, this is unacceptable. When food prices increase I expect like other Americans the quality to increase as well. And being Chic-fil -a and having McDonalds like quality is complete trash to be frank. I now must check my food to see if the order is correct and to make sure it’s fresh now. Cooperate companies need to be put on blast as for the franchisee I plan on reaching out. I will not be returning to any of the Franchise locations. Don’t get funny with people money.

What happened to the spicy chicken biscuit? Go back to the spicy chicken tenders and not this flat dried out chicken breast. The old Wendy’s mantra, where’s the beef comes to mind, but in this case, where is the chicken? Stop cutting corners to save some dollars. Normally I do not eat Jesus Nuggets because they hate on the LGBTQ gang. But tried it because the Wendy’s and McDonald’s line was RIDICULOUS. Genuinely enjoyed my chicken sandwich and that lemonade tastes like Jesus squeezed tbe lemons himself that morning. But can we not have those poor folks standing outside all day? I feel so bad for them.
