Hunana Chop Suey has very good food. The quality of the Chinese food was tasty and flavorful. I was able to call and place my order without any issues, which made the process easy and convenient.
My only concerns are related to space and organization during busy hours. Parking can be very limited when they are busy. Inside, when paying and picking up food, the area feels crowded and a bit unorganized, with too many people gathered at the front while orders are being prepared. However, I do understand that this setup helps move customers through quickly.
The inside space is also small for the amount of customers being serviced. Expanding the parking area and the indoor waiting space would greatly improve the overall experience.
That being said, the food is great and worth coming back for.

When we read the reviews looking for some good fish,we were not disappointed, not that seasoned fish but fried hard add hot sauce pickles and onions provided, and that hot braised chicken good!
Very popular establishment…very little seating…wait not too bad with the big crowd!

They used to have really, really good rice. Now. It’s a hit or miss. It’s like sometimes they feel like cooking. Sometimes they don’t last night was a time that they didn’t. The rice was horrible and tasteless. The gizzards will be the only thing I purchase in the future. I also purchased a St. Paul, which was tasteless. No salt it wasn’t what I expected, i also asked for light meat and it was overflowing with meat! if you want good Chinese food. Go to the city,

Best dirty shrimp fried rice this side of the Mississippi. I did not see Kung Pow Chicken on the menu although it might be a special made to order possibly. Highly recommend this Chinese takeout, they even have dine-in for people ready to feast on premises.

They put 2 bags of crab ragoons in the bag instead of chicken wings. Instead of being held accountable for their mistakes we had to bring Back 1 of the crab ragoons back in order to get the chicken we paid for. Poor customer service and I will not patronize them ever again.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Me and my guy have eaten here many times prior and spent a lot of money because the food was good. On today, we spent close to $50, but most of the food was disgusting, and the staff & owner was extremely rude & unprofessional. The bad parts of the order included a whole order & half order of ham fried rice, and 2 orders of chicken wings. The rice was really nasty & the wings weren’t fresh. They were extremely dry, dark, and overcooked (pic attached).
We called & spoke with either the manager or owner. She first asked what was wrong, but when trying to tell her, she cut me off & told me something must be wrong with my body & then hung up on me! WHAT?! I called back & spoke with the owner, but when trying to tell her about the food, she started screaming at me about taking up time on the phone from other customers! WHAT?! I told her that I’m a paying customer too. But she kept putting me on hold without notice & mad I was still on the phone. She did this several times to get me off the phone. So now they lost a longtime customer! SMH.

Food is good. I asked for receipt one person told me they don’t give receipt on cash purchase and the other says cash register is broke so which is it. The point is they not paying taxes on cash purchase. I have to pay taxes why they not this is bad business I will not go there again just because the food is good. If I pay taxes why shouldn’t they. Also I didn’t get my free soda and I spent 22.00 what a rip off. Went back same thing no real receipt just hand written. Whole order of special fried rice in the same box as half order of special fried rice.

The food quality has decreased over the years. I got a jumbo shrimp St. Paul, but the shrimp were a nasty brown and rubbery. The gizzards were over cooked. It stays packed…..

So they open at 10:30am I arrived at around 10:38 and ordered my food. While my food was cooking I went to my car to fix my sons car seat for around 7-10 minutes, when I went back in after seeing the person in front of me come out I asked if 32 was ready and customer I didn’t know told me a girl took that and told me exactly what I ordered. I was shocked because he gave me a number and I was by myself and then so much confusion proceeded. That being said if you go here stay there while food is being prepared.

Firstly , We should be able to express our dissatisfaction with a business without being labeled “angry, indignant or just unhappy when something happens…Secondly businesses survive on attitude and behavior from the establishment…just because you acclimated around an urban environment gives you no reason to be utterly rude ..I have never Ever! been to this place so I’m not sure if their process,my friend ordered and I went inside he gave me a number but wasn’t sure if it was correct…I get inside and get to the window when the Asian wanna be black cashier approached And was very nasty ..I stated I have the number associated he says” look you gone have to get the number or get out the way “!..I’m like excuse me “I never been here he forgot the number he’s Elderly!..he then starts talking in his language and being passive -aggresive!..
I’ll say this as black people we overlook rudeness by theses businesses out of convenience..No!..there has to be mutual respect..they wouldn’t act this way towards our Caucasian counterparts ..And the food was ok .or maybe because haven’t been eating Chinese food ..
