As for the accusation about stealing credit card information, this is completely false — we take security very seriously and have never engaged in such behavior — in fact, we’ve been victims of fraudulent cards used by customers before. We encourage future guests to experience us firsthand before drawing conclusions.

Classic chinese takeout restaurant. Plentiful and cheap. Veggies were fresh and beef was tender. Where else are you going to get a dinner combo with egg roll for $12? I think many of these negative reviews are expecting way too much…

Oh.. not a great experience. Salty, no flavor. Less than no imagination. Crispy beans, almost raw, boiled flavor. Soup water with a wonton. Fried rice is raw onions, harsh, so very salty. I wish it were better. Drive a little father down the hill into Plainfield, or elsewhere. Sorry, sad. Unhappy.

If I could give this place 0 stars tonight I WOULD. PAID OVER 100 DOLLARS for GARBAGE . Not eatable at all . Tried to call owner to explain but all he gave me was nastiness and rudeness. I demanded a refund and told him to pick up the uneaten food .PLUS it took the food to get here over 2 HOURS . 2 HOURS FOR GARBAGE ? NO THANK YOU !

Yes it’s a hole in the wall AND the ONLY place in a 30-mile radius where you can feed the entire family for under $20. Quantity is large and the taste not repulsive at all. Quality is consistent and we never had diarrhea. We’ve dined in too and it was clean enough. To those who want service, atmosphere and food allergy accommodations, you really need to double your budget and eat somewhere else. We like their chicken wings, boneless ribs, hot and sour soup, chow Mai fun and chicken teriyaki. I give 5-star to counter act the 1-stars. Realistically I would rate the food a 3.5/5 and value 5/5

While the food is somewhat passable, the caucasian girl at the register has to be one of the rudest and most unfriendly people I’ve ever come across. Horrible customer service experience. We go there every few months when visiting a friend in the area and every time we order, she gives back nothing but attitude. I had ordered the C6 combo which is prepared with chicken or pork. She apparently didn’t listen or just didn’t care because what I got was a lousy version of chicken, not the pork I had ordered (circled the pork on the menu). I made the mistake of not checking before we left but I’m sure I would have gotten attitude if I pointed out the error. Now that the Caucasian girl is gone, we’ll be frequenting this establishment more.

I have been going here for the last 30 years. Their food is very consistent. I usually order chicken with snow peas, or teriyaki. I get the combo. It is always good. I always have the food delivered. Driver has always been professional. Prices are very reasonable, $10 or so for each combo platter. I read all the reviews complaining about this place. I was amazed! I have only had good experiences here.

Let me just say I love takeout/delivery Chinese food. I ordered for lunch while out of town for work. They said it would take 40 minutes. 50 minutes passes by and they did not call. I called and they said the delivery driver is on his way. I go to my hotel lobby, and another 15 minutes passes by so I called back. They tell me it’s going to be another 10 minutes and they’ll call the driver. I continue to wait in the lobby and the 10 minutes passes by and still no phone call or food. I call once again and they only offer to call the driver (which they were already supposed to do) and I asked for 1/2 off as it’s been an extremely long time and they didn’t even have the courtesy to call me and they said no we can only give 20%. I was extremely upset and said this crazy, it would have been fine if you wouldn’t have kept telling me it’ll be there soon. They then offered 30% off and then hang up on me. FINALLY the food arrives and the driver does not even apologize and only gives me 30% off my bill ($5). I take it to my room and the food is room temp with mushy rice, the “spicy” general tso’s chicken is sweet and not crispy, and my bottle of water is warm.
Never experienced anything like this and the food ended up being horrible.
