I love this place. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years. The food is as advertised on the menu after all these years and taste even better!! 5 out of 5 alone for the portion sizes. I’m always full after ordering my usual chicken combo. Hawaiian BBQ never disappoints and the staff is friendly. No dining room seating at the moment sadly, and this location is always a lil busy after 3 but it’s fire

Chicken overcooked to be dry. Mac salad too much mayonnaise and lacking in taste or flavor. Large helping of white rice and overcooked cabbage. Nice folks attentive for self service place.

It’s okay not the very best place to get bbq chicken. Reason why I say this is because the chicken I had tasted like it’s been sitting on the grill for a while and not just that they try to fake their presentation of there food meaning one side of the chicken looks good but as you flip to the back side there’s like alot of burnt residue from the grill that’s on the chicken which is not good it and it tasted kinda old actually. The rice on the side seemed like it was cooked with just a little too much water. And if I were to rate the chicken with the rice It’s about a 4/10 but on the other hand there miso soup for 2 dollars is worth it, I would have that with a side of rice.

It’s okay, with big portions but so-so flavors. Mahi mahi was oily and mushy fish and with too much breading. Shrimp was fried so hard that it was solid as a rock. Chicken was decent. Maybe the sushi here is better but the meat was nothing impressive. Would return if desperate but otherwise you’re not missing out if you don’t come here.

Place was clean, and conveniently located off major roads. Service was fast, and friendly. I ordered the Volcano Roll and Crispy Shrimps, plus a small drink for around $17. If you think that’s pricey please note this was enough food for 2 people. The roll came with 9 large pieces, was deep-fried, and flavorful. The roe really added a nice texture upon the already textural rich experience. The crispy shrimp were flavorful, crispy, and humongous. Great place for some Polynesian food. Is it authentic? You’ll have to ask an expert.

Love going here. Food is good and the portions are reasonable. The only downside is they need to update their hours. They always close 30 minutes early from whatever time is posted. Also don’t order to late because the quality of the food goes down.
