I came because Mongolian was closed. They had no oolong, no jasmine. Whatever. It’s not like you’re an Asian restaurant or anything. Huge cross contamination risk. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, don’t come here. My food came out al dente. We had to ask twice for rice. You’d think we were pulling teeth from the way the staff acted about it. Way overpriced, especially for self serve. And you are not allowed to take leftovers home. They made me toss good food at the end of my meal.Everything Mongolian does right, this place doesn’t even attempt to do half hearted.

Amazing meal for a very reasonable price. Everything is super fresh and the place is immaculately clean. Staff is very friendly and professional. Sauces are out of this world. Very healthy choice for all you can eat buffet! Definitely my favorite restaurant in North Idaho, Spokane area!

This place is amazing. Great food, beautiful waitresses and decent price for the amount of food you get. It’s fun making your own bowl and watching it get cooked. It’s one of the places I go when I’m in town. I only pass through here once every few months. I’m not really sure why they have waitresses though. It’s not like they are bringing you your food. Would be better to just have a front desk lady and not be pressured to leave a tip. I mean what are you tipping for? I sat myself, made my own food, brought my own food to the table and never got my drink topped off so why the need to tip?

We had amazing customer service, and the food was wonderful. The restaurant was clean and everything went perfectly well with our visit! I have always loved most Mongolian and that you can order spring rolls and crab rangoons, just makes it so much better!

All sauces are too dang sweet. And services sucked and too much contaminated food. Not one time we went up there that we didn’t get food from someone elses clump. What happens if you’re vegetarian or allergic to seafood? They should clean the grills and spatulas now and then. It’s disgusting. You overcooked my egg too.

Food was great, however, would have liked more information on how to mix spices. My stir fry was delicious, my husband put too many different flavors and he said it was not what he wanted. So be carful and ask for help if you don’t understand how to mix the spices. Also, you can ask for your rice fried, they did that for me.

What a delightful find! The staff are welcoming, friendly and try to meet everyone’s needs. The food is fresh and quite a variety of options. They are dedicated to keeping guests with allergies safe, even giving us green bowls; the people cooking clean a space on the cook top and block it off so other foods don’t contaminate yours. And they are happy to do that!! They offer a Frequent Diner option and when you sign up you get $5 off your first order! Wow!!

I came in at 8pm, last hour until closed. The hostess and waitress were extremely welcoming to me. When i went to the buffet and grill side the atmosphere was completely diffrent. There was two chefs, the male one was welcoming. The female with the blue multi colored hair wasn’t so friendly (quite the opposite). She made me feel like a horrible inconvenience for her, flinging bowls and plates at the counter at people’s directions. Making annoyed jestures like; signing, scowls and ect. My last plate (which was number two) she was cleaning with the water, sprays it aggressively on the grill towards my direction and got me with the hot water, which burned my hand a little. I was still hungry and wanted dessert, but I decided to go elsewhere for. Definitely not worth the 45.35, to still feel hungry and having discomfort on my hand.
