The service was great and the staff were polite and very helpful. I had a hard time figuring out what flavors would go well together and one of the staff gave me a recommendation based off the ingredients I chose. Alot more protein options than I’m used to having so it was fun to try multiple different plates. 🙂

I cannot believe how bad the service is. Our server was more worried about counting her tips than taking care.of her customers. We were seated and then never saw her again. The manager was more interested in some guy that pulled up in his new truck. She ran out the door and then stood there smoking outside the door. The rest of the girls congregated in the corner watching everyone eat and gossiping about the guy in the truck. She did finally refill our glasses just as we were getting ready to leave. The cooks were good and it was clean, so that’s a positive.

This was a wierd experience. Went Saturday with my grandkids. The young man cooking literally berated the lady behind me for using to much oil in her bowl. Went on and on for about a minute about how it hurts his skin when it splatters up at him and he didn’t say anything on the first bowl but he was going to now? It gets in his eyes, it splatters on his arms ect. Ect. Uhmm, she’s paying for her food. ( I do not eat out to have some child chew my fanny for what I like?) Im sure she does not either. All the sauces are out there for a reason. That sizzle is part ot the grand display of huhut. You man boy just ruined 2 people’s experience and maybe her lunch.If you do not like your job cooking you should move on. He acted like a big baby having a tantrum. It was the most redundant thing I have ever seen. He didn’t flip the food around enough because it Obviously was to hot for him. I kinda like my scallops cooked. Noodles soft not fried like hash browns.

food is always hot & fresh. but they just made the switch from Coke to Pepsi so I can’t give them 5 stars. also they now charge $1 for eggs. overall great food & a good experience.

We had amazing customer service, and the food was wonderful. The restaurant was clean and everything went perfectly well with our visit! I have always loved most Mongolian and that you can order spring rolls and crab rangoons, just makes it so much better!

My husband and I came in less than an hour before close without realizing and everyone working was very courteous and friendly. The two gentlemen working the grill were happy to help and had great customer service as well as our waiter! We haven’t had a bad experience at this huhot but this time was the best experience we’ve had.

I love Hu Hot! It’s one of my favorite restaurants. I’ve eaten Hi Hot in 4 different states. This one had a great staff, fresh veggies, and it was a decent price. I’ve never been disappointed by a Hu Hot not even when it was named Mangos in Missoula MT. Thanks for another great visit.
