Reliably mid service and atmosphere but the food is as good as you make it! The ingredients are usually stocked and fresh, but quality and availability goes down the busier it gets.
Try to come when it’s not busy and your experience will be better.

This was so disappointing. My main complaint is that the restaurant was incredibly dirty. We were surrounded by dirty tables, the buffet section was disgusting, and there was visible dust collection on the sign above the sauces. After seeing the absolute lack of cleanliness I couldn’t even eat my food. $48 for 2 people to eat in dirty conditions is ridiculous.

Huhut always delivers on tasty food for me. Never had a bad meal there. Between the meats, vegg and sauces, you can’t really go wrong here. For a single guy, 20ish bucks for a meal to fill up on is perfect. Definitely go during Shrimp Night, as it a bonus to tryout!

So truthfully I dont leave reviews often. We visited this location around dinner time and the food bar was basically empty. It wasn’t refilled until we were done with our 2nd round of food. The interior was also pretty dingy. But what got me the most was the two cooks, they chose to talk about bathroom habits and if men’s or women’s restrooms were worse because of bodily fluid. Definitely not something I wanna hear about before eating. And then as we were watching them cook, there were other patrons using their fingers and grabbing the toppings straight from the bowls and eating it. I’m really really hoping we don’t get sick. We definitely will not be back.

Viston, our friends from Greeley oh my goodness we went here for the first time I’m allergic to seafood and they so made sure that it was separated when they cooked my food. This was well worth our 20 Hour Dr. lol from where we live.

Despite the bad reviews, my husband brought me here to try it out. Food was delicious. Veggies looked fresh. Meat was frozenish and the sauce area was a little messy. But not due to staff, some customers are obviously not the best cleaning up after themselves. But every dish i created was delicious. Staff friendly. $40 for all you can eat for 2 that isnt bad. Plus free ice cream! Yup! Dont count this place out!

Everyone needs to understand that HuHot does not pay their employees minimum wage. They require YOUR tips to hit that Colorado state minimum.
With that being said, the service was wonderful even after we brought up our concerns. We are fully aware that it is a company issue not the employees.
Rice noodle raw and did not cook.
Meat look….sick
Veggies not stocked, organized and dry.
Sauces had a mess load of chunks.
Support local businesses. There are many lovely dining spots in the area. Ace Gillette’s next door is awesome
Huhot is like Chuck e cheese for adults. lol
Again, great customer service though.

Hibachi Grill is a great place to enjoy a good meal with plenty of variety. The buffet is always well stocked and fresh, with lots of hot dishes to choose from. The hibachi station is a highlight—your food is cooked right in front of you and always comes out flavorful. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and plates get cleared quickly. For the price and selection, it’s one of the best buffets in the area.

It wasn’t very crowded when we went. The people at the register were very helpful, telling us how to make our way through. It was very interesting, filling our bowls with the ingredients we chose and then bringing them to the chef, who cooked them and plated them for us. There were so many ingredients to choose from, and the recommendation to add ten ladles of different sauces was excellent. I recommend that, too.
It was so much fun, I checked Google Maps to see if there’s a Mongolian Grill back home in NY.

Finding good Mongolian food has been a real chore since our move to Cheyenne. I do want to say that I have not currently been to the spot in Cheyenne with new owners so this is not a mark on them but a chance to get it when we visit FOCO is fortunate for us. All you can eat weekday lunch for 14.99 is well worth it. Everything was fresh. Self serve steamed rice and self serve ice cream is a huge bonus.
My only low mark is due to the age of the location and nothing else. Highly recommend for all- couples, friend groups, and big families. Heck we saw a birthday party happening while there today.
