This was the worst fast food experience I’ve had in a long time. Even before I got to my food, I had used the bathroom in the restaurant, and the soap dispenser had been knocked off the wall and was on the floor, I suspect for quite some time. Kind of makes it difficult for employees and customers to wash their hands. So gross. Once I was in the car and opened up my beef sandwich, there was a large slab of rubbery substance that maybe was the end of the beef? My sandwich was inedible.

This Arby’s is so hit or miss. Today was a gross miss. The roast beef looks like it’s been overcooked and reheated. Fries were also cold. This will be our last visit to this Arby’s.

Absolutely terrible! Needed to get a quick bite to eat to travel to Florida. My whole family got food poisoning. Including my 3 year old. Let’s just say the smell of puke wasn’t fun! Do better

I was craving a Ham and Swiss from Arby’s so I stop by the one on Cranium Drive. I was the third car in line at the drive-thru (we all pulled in at the sane time). When I got to the speaker, I was asked to hold for a moment. After a few minutes, I got my order in and there was an apology for the wait (it didn’t bother me that I had to wait). It seemed they were short handed but I will tell you Dylan’s customer service was excellent and the food was great!

Just as others mentioned, extremely hit or miss. I ordered 2 smokehouse brisket sandwiches with a buy one get one free coupon, and a large fry on top of that. I figured it’d be a nice meal before the snow touches down, and they give me about a 1/3 of the meat as I usually get on both sandwiches. If you’re low on supplies, tell me, I can easily substitute for something else. But just shorting me? With today’s prices? Absolutely unacceptable.

I love going to the location on Heckle store 07710 in Rock Hill SC everytime I go there customer service is great everytime I go there is something needs to try. I just left the store my macaroni steak bowl was rushed some reason steak and macaroni are dead cold employee Dylan was only wanting to offer to reward the bowl instead of making it fresh which I didn’t have time because I’m working . Also he kinda rushed me off the phone in my experience this wasn’t great customer service at all I would have been more generous to my mistake!

Well where do I begin with today’s fastfood experience. I ordered a smokehouse brisket combo with crinkle fries & tea because their co2 was down 2 Hawaiian fish deluxe sandwich only order of crinkle cut fries and a Hawaiian chicken with no sauce sandwich only bill was $41.35. the girl was really nice caught the guys preparing the food about to put sauce on the chicken and said no sauce. Got the food checked the fries to make sure they fresh and told the girl thank you and to tell the guys in the back thank you for preparing the food. Drive home about 20 min give wife & daughter their fish sandwich expecting rave reviews for picking up dinner tonight. Well to my utter amazement my daughter comes and asks what kind of sandwich I got her told her fish sandwich and she says sarcastically aren’t you supposed to put fish on a fish sandwich. Then to make it even better wife has no fish on her sandwich. Got to love you some Arby’s ( WE HAVE THE MEATS) sure don’t have the fishes!

Love ❤️ Love ❤️ Love ARBYS! We love the food! Tonight I stopped by the Cranium Drive location and had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with James at the drive through. I accidentally drove away with only half my order! ♀️ When I came back for it 20 minutes later (we do not live close!), James remade my order so it would be fresh and hot! This young man needs a raise! He is absolutely the most polite and professional fast food worker I have dealt with in a long time. Thank you James for a super Arby’s experience! We will definitely be back because of you!

I went through the drive thru, and it was a GREAT experience. The cashier spoke clearly on the mic, and I didn’t feel rushed when I was ordering. My fries weren’t ready so I pulled ahead, and the associate who brought out my food was very friendly and apologized for the wait. The food was awesome of course!!!
