Food is good, buffet style so easy to over eat, but pay and tip in cash!!! The servers (or someone) adjust your tip amount to benefit themselves. $15.07 total bill, left a $3 tip…. Checking my statement, it says $4.85 tip for a $19.92 total… hate to see how they adjust a bill for more than 1 person. Has happened twice to me, kept the receipt the second time to double check.

Definitely gone down hill, we use to be regulars hut slowly stopped going. I prefer my noodles cooked longer to get bit of a crunch and they just over cook my meat lately. Kinda messy last few times we been in and server seems to forget about us after she bring drinks so we neve get refills anymore and bring the check way to soon.

12-3-24 – We have been back many times but just wanted to mention again that we are still enjoying each visit! Makenna assisted us at our table this time and she was very pleasant and polite. I’m adding today’s feast photos!
11-21-20 – We went to the HuHot restaurant today for the first time. It was very easy to figure out. Basically filling a bowl with all kinds of veggies and meats then presenting it to the guys at the huge grill to cook while you watch out all be done. Then you return to your table to eat. The price is for all you can eat so your are allowed as many trips a you would like. It gives you a chance to try different combinations for fun! Attached are photos of our final masterpieces! This was a fun place to eat. The table host was accommodating and friendly!
12-9-21 – We visited this fun place once again! Everything was great once again and there were far less people this time. We were able to have some fun conversations with the cooks and now I can add more photos! We love this place and we will be back for sure!

After our family of 8 (6 young kids) wrapped up a full day of shopping for winter gear, we were hungry and exhausted. We chose HuHot as our late night food spot and are so glad we did. We ordered easily and had immediate access the all you can eat buffet and grill. Loads of meat, veggies, and sauce options and a super fast grilling action. For kid who prefer a more normal meal, mac n cheese or chicken tenders are available for order. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The table and seating was clean and the atmosphere was both relaxing and vibrant. This is a special dining experience you don’t want to miss!! Jason, the manager, is a terrific host and he even entertained our children at the grill! Such fun! And FWIW, kids 3-12 can enjoy the entire buffet for only $3.99.

Stopped in passing thru Fargo. We were sat immediately and every plate we made was cooked perfectly. It was a very convenient location just a couple blocks from the I-94 exit.

Im not going to rate Hu Hot any less than 5 stars in any category. Come on! It’s freaking Hu Hot, all you can eat, make it like you like it, keep those cold drinks coming. Always a favorite. Ask my mom. She’s in her 70s and had it for the first time today. She LOVED it. Need I say more?

First time visiting the Fargo location. The food was good, no issues there. Our server was also very nice and helpful, as were the grill masters. Awesome place for people with dietary restrictions, but often the food containers will have other things dropped into them from people being messy with the scoops. I don’t really care about that but others might. Anyway, the food line was actually pretty messy on my first go-around, but on my 2nd they were out there cleaning it up so all good. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. It’s quite overpriced if you are not coming in on an empty stomach, so make sure to bring an appetite. 4 stars!
