First time visiting the Fargo location. The food was good, no issues there. Our server was also very nice and helpful, as were the grill masters. Awesome place for people with dietary restrictions, but often the food containers will have other things dropped into them from people being messy with the scoops. I don’t really care about that but others might. Anyway, the food line was actually pretty messy on my first go-around, but on my 2nd they were out there cleaning it up so all good. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. It’s quite overpriced if you are not coming in on an empty stomach, so make sure to bring an appetite. 4 stars!

The food is SO GOOD. But it was so dirty and sticky and grimey feeling everywhere. The floors were nasty, the food areas were covered, the table and dining room floors were horrendous. Our waitress was fab, the food tasted amazing like usual, but goodness… Needs to be cleaned throughout dinner time. We almost left because of it. We were there at 730 on a Wednesday, didn’t think it would be that busy. Maybe they don’t have enough help, or maybe it was just the day. But was pretty gross unfortunately.

11-21-20 – We went to the HuHot restaurant today for the first time. It was very easy to figure out. Basically filling a bowl with all kinds of veggies and meats then presenting it to the guys at the huge grill to cook while you watch out all be done. Then you return to your table to eat. The price is for all you can eat so your are allowed as many trips a you would like. It gives you a chance to try different combinations for fun! Attached are photos of our final masterpieces! This was a fun place to eat. The table host was accommodating and friendly!

You can choose everything on your grill, especially how spicy you want them. If you have any food restrictions, just ask your cook to grill it separately. They will do so. Also, read the ingredients of the sauce before you add them. They can look the same but very different. I just wish they had more than 3 dessert options! Other than this, highly recommended.

After our family of 8 (6 young kids) wrapped up a full day of shopping for winter gear, we were hungry and exhausted. We chose HuHot as our late night food spot and are so glad we did. We ordered easily and had immediate access the all you can eat buffet and grill. Loads of meat, veggies, and sauce options and a super fast grilling action. For kid who prefer a more normal meal, mac n cheese or chicken tenders are available for order. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The table and seating was clean and the atmosphere was both relaxing and vibrant. This is a special dining experience you don’t want to miss!! Jason, the manager, is a terrific host and he even entertained our children at the grill! Such fun! And FWIW, kids 3-12 can enjoy the entire buffet for only $3.99.

It was fantastic you go through and put what you want in a bowl top with your choice of sauces and then they cook it on a grill in front of you it was just great. It was quick and the food was wonderful and you can go back as many times as you want. Cannot wait to go back.

Floor near cooking area VERY slippery due to it being rainy and wet spots. Very busy but didnt take long to get through line. Waiter chewed gum like a 14 yr old girl. Didnt check on us. No drink refills. Only brought one small rice for 6 people.

We always enjoy eating at Huhot. Just be careful walking around in the restaurant, so many oils get spilled near the grill it gets slippery… I also wish they had sanitizing wipes for after you hand off your food to the grill. We also went at a busy time, so the waitress was swamped, and we didn’t get to reorder drinks, and had to go find her to get our bill… However, don’t let that deter you from enjoying some amazing food you get to pick out yourself! I will definitely return many many times!

The food can be great, and once upon a time the service and atmosphere was great. But now the last few times I’ve gone, the place is gross, Very unclean. My last visit I was seated and had to wait a little over 10 minutes for someone to approach me about my drink choice, sometimes we get busy, I get it. As I was sitting there I noticed in my booth, that the walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Grime all over the wall, food all over the wall, and BOOGERS on the wall. You could clearly tell that no one has gone through the effort of cleaning. And it wasn’t just my booth, everywhere I looked it was dirty and gross. The buffet was unclean and the cook area (which I understand is hard to keep clean while your working) looked as if they had not even attempted to clean it at all during the day, it was 2pm, and the grease traps were overfilled dripping all over the floor, they were re using dirty spatulas to cook the food. When I returned to my table, still no drink, and I noticed that people who had showed up after me already had theirs on their table. At this point it’s just bad service. I was at the point where I didnt even want to eat my food. I don’t intend on returning anymore.
