The wait was a little bit long. It was about 15 minutes, but the food made up for it and it was great and the workers were very polite and it was a great experience. If you haven’t tried it I definitely recommend it.

The food was just ok. We ordered 2 bacon cheese fries and a large drink for a snack while waiting for the parade. It was $12.65. The fries were hot and fresh with a good amount of bacon but not a lot of fries. The portion size and how cooked they were was disappointing. My kiddos did love it and do want to come back for meals and not a quick snack. We may give it another go.

Ordered a large waffle cone of peanut butter pie ice cream and was given butter pecan ice cream. When I took a bite I realized it was definitely not what I ordered. When I told them it was the wrong thing they told me I would have to buy another cone because I had taken a bite!! Also, my friend that was with me ordered a turkey sandwich and they gave him a ham sandwich!! Not the way to do business!!! I will not be back!!

Store bought tub BBQ, watered down beverages and poor customer service. I guess they assume everyone that comes in knows that you seat yourself because we had to verify because there was no communication, just to order at the counter but they did bring the food out.

I ordered a cheeseburger all the way from here and hamburger meat must have been cheap quality because it was Not very lean whatsoever. It was so full a fatty material that I gave the rest of it to our dog

To anyone looking to get lunch that’s in the area, this little restaurant is a gem. Great food at good prices as well as an excellent selection of ice cream. Atmosphere is akin to an old-school malt shop. Do yourself a favor and stop by sometime you’re in the area.

3 stars solely due to how good the food is. Not sure who trains the staff around here but I would recommend teaching the young girls at the counter that it’s rude to just stare customers down when they walk into the restaurant, not acknowledging them or speaking at all. Even when standing directly at the counter, just staring at us. I guess a “hi, how are you” or “what can I get for you” is hard to come by. A smile goes a long way too, if you don’t like speaking to your paying guest. There was one girl who did tell us bye and thanks for coming however so atleast one of the 4 workers is polite 🙂
