I enjoyed this place, quiet atmosphere, clean, and was able to enjoy my company. My only grievance would be with the pot pie. I loved the flavor and the overall presentation was amazing, however, the crust was slightly undercooked and doughy and the consistency between the pot pie I ordered and another was not the same.

Our waitress was outstanding. Great personality, very helpful in explaining some of the food choices. Outstanding customer service. I ordered the jumbo shrimp & chips. The jumbo shrimp & chips was a recommended item by the waitress. Large portion of both items. I was surprised at how many shrimp was on my platter. The chips were cooked just right. Excellent price. When I saw the price I just figured they would be some small shrimp and a small quantity. I would definitely get that order again. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. You could easily hold a conversation without having to talk loud.

The Farm Cafe is one of our date night favorite eats. The dishes are excellent, and the portions are huge. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous.
Chicken fried steak and the pork chop platter were our selections on this trip. We both rated 5 stars for taste and portions.

I went in for a late breakfast. The wait was about 20 minutes. Once I was seated my server came right over. (Mariblve) She was great! She pointed out that fact that I could save money by ordering one of the combo breakfast plates.
Instead of ordering everything Individually. My breakfast came out pretty quick. It was fresh, hot and delicious. The manager (Stephanie) brought it out to me. She is always very friendly and nice! Thanks for the discount. On my way out I bought 3 of those delicious cookies! 1 peanut butter and 2 oatmeal chocolate chip pecan!

The food was mediocre. Nothing over the top or really good that I would come back for. The burgers look okay. Pancakes were just plain with not toppings and even had to asked for syrup. I had the shrimp platter and it was alright. Service was good though.

Food was good, service was okay. We got seated right away it wasn’t busy at all. Waitress was good in the beginning and then we didn’t see her for about 15 mins. Had to flag her doen fit the check. Other than that everything was good. Serving sizes are definitely filling!!!

Farm is a slightly elevated Denny’s. This one is inside the Aliante Casino which is basically a ghost town in the daytime on a weekday. As such the restaurants and shops there tend to be understaffed. I mistakenly took a right turn instead of a left and passed by the lobby and there wasn’t a single employee to be seen on that entire side of the casino: empty check-in desk, empty shops, it was completely deserted.
When I found my way over to Farm, it appeared to be sparsely patroned, but the servers were quite good and once my order was taken they were attentive and the food came out fairly quickly. This is typical diner food, so don’t expect excellence and you won’t be disappointed. I have a weakness for hash and when I see it on a menubI always order it. The hash here is almost surely from a can but I actually like that on ocassion so I was perfectly content with it. The eggs were exactly as they should be as were the English Muffins (which were neither over nor under buttered). The side order of bacon was crispy as a corn chip, exactly how I like it. The coffee was a little weak, which is surprising considering diner coffee is usually strong, but the orange juice tasted freshly squeezed. All in all, the food was fine but in a city KNOWN for breakfast I was expecting something a little more elevated. If the coffee had been better I would have given the food another star.
If you are staying at the Aliante Casino, this is a perfectly fine choice for breakfast, and you can’t beat the convenience. But if you are driving around and looking for a really great breakfast there are a lot of other choices.
Note: While the Aliante Casino is less than twenty years old it has the cigarette odor of The Desert Inn (which was condemned twenty-five years ago). You can’t even walk from the back doors to the Movie Theater without needing to dry clean your whole wardrobe. Even the larger and older Casinos on the strip have been able to offset the smell of smoke for decades, so this is rather inexcusable.
