Huey Magoo’s is hands-down my favorite chicken lunch spot whenever I’m in Hinesville. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you’re craving when you want a solid, satisfying meal. I fell in love with Huey Magoo’s back in Statesboro, so I was thrilled when the Hinesville location opened and it absolutely lives up to the hype.
The owner is wonderful, and you can really tell there’s pride put into both the food and the customer experience. Now that they’ve opened a location in Jesup too, I’m even more excited. I can’t wait to visit that one next! If you love great chicken and friendly service, Huey Magoo’s is a must stop.

My first drive through review. The person taking the order was fast spoke clearly.apon arriving at the window she promptly took my money poured my drink and returned my change in too of my drink lid. Not very sanitary with all the flu and colds going around it would have been better to hand me the chang. A minor issue. The food arrived moments later hot and complete as ordered. The lemon pepper sauce was delightful simply poured over everything a d easy to eat while driving. I will be returning tge chicken is yummy the service was good quick accurate.

To the owner/ manager- check your camera today around lunch 11:40am, little girl red visor on her phone non stop. I called in my to go order an hour in advance and it wasn’t ready when I got there at the time I had given. In fact, it had not even been put in. If she wasn’t so distracted, perhaps service for me and the other patrons would have ran more smoothly. I left a good tip before I realized my order had not even been started. This order running so far behind affects my meeting time(s) and is detrimental to not only my business, but to yours as well.

While still out here in Hinesville, GA. My husband and I visited a spot we never heard of…Huey Magoo’s. So glad we picked this place EVERYTHING WAS GOOD .
I ordered the 5 piece tenders sauced (sweet heat) with fries, coleslaw and bread. The chicken tenders were cooked to perfection…they had just the right amount of crunch and they were sooooo tender and tasted fresh!!!!! The fries were seasoned well and the coleslaw was tasty.
My husband ordered the 7 piece tenders sauced (lemon pepper) with fries, coleslaw and bread. He also stated everything was good and cooked right.
Overall the portion size was moderate and the food was deliciously sauced. I would definitely order from here again.

First time there. The chicken was pretty good, tender and not too small, and not too big. I loved their fries. Kinda soft, kinda crispy. Only thing I didn’t like was the tea, it was old and sour. But it happens

We came here for our first visit on June 30, 2024 and the food and service were both great! I just love how the chicken gets covered in lots of sauce and sometimes you can use the excess sauce for the fries. My family and I will definitely return whenever we get the chance and we hope more Huey Magoo’s locations will open in more towns.

Only stopped here due to how much I love the Huey Magoos in Jesup, Ga. After ordering it took well over 15 minutes to get our food, it was not busy at all or else I would somewhat understand. My fries were borderline cold but my chicken was excellent. I got up to get more honey mustard and I stood at the counter waiting for a couple of minutes while the cashier was walking back and forth aimlessly before I had to just speak up and get her attention. Very disappointed with my experience at the Hinesville location.

I’m only giving 2 stars because the food was good. However, it took nearly 20 minutes to receive it. When I approached the cashier, everyone was in the back chitchatting and having a good time. They didn’t start making the food until I said something. Not to mention one of the employees gossiping and giggling about me asking about my order. I will never spend a dime here again.

Pretty great service here! The food was good. The only thing I didn’t like was that their was so much oil from the tenders, that it made the fries soggy. I love the blue raspberry drink they had! Y’all most definitely got to try that drink!
