1st time ordering. Ordered online in the parking lot. The site let me select the 5 piece grilled combo meal. Instead of texas toast, I was allowed to pick a 1/2 side. I chose the seasoned chips. We already had the crinkle cut unseasoned fries. Order was to be ready at 2:58 pm. I go in to pick up the order & stand in front of the signage for to-go, mobile, pick-up orders where it says to to wait for an attendant. The front counter gentleman was serving a walk-in customer when I came in. While waiting, 2 young girls came in looking for their pickup order & decide to go in front of me already waiting. When the front counter gentleman was done with the walk-in customer, after making eye contact with me, he went to service the young girls. I raised my hand above their hands to show I was next waiting. PULL THE CAMERE FOOTAGE! It’s all there! He completed serving the girls. I had to walk up to the counter to be acknowledged at this point in which the front counter gentleman says, “Name”. Answering to his demand, not question, I said my name, twice. He handed me my bag with the box tilted in the bag. He did not ask me if I needed anything , he did not try to upsell me anything nor even say goodbye/have a nice a day. The overbearing unwelcoming feeling with being a minority demographic in this situation was overwhelming. I’m a mid-40’s Native American/ Syrian minority. I took my food & quickly walked out of the location. It was such a deplorable experience, it’s overceded my overall opinion of the food. When I opened the box, there’s no 1/2 order of seasoned chips nor appears to be an additional 1/2 order of fries in case it was an online issue, but it was paid for… The order looked sloppy & thrown together. With this experience, I will NOT be going back to this location & don’t know if I’ll consider trying another location. But I can say, I will tell my 700+ employees to avoid this location & possibly, this brand, at all costs. What a shame, disappointment & disgrace in a time of such division. Where did customer service go? What a pity.

Been here 2 times now. Both times, not great. This last time I ordered, went to wash my hands and when I came back my food was ready. How fast was that? Both tenders and fries were cold. This meal was old. The tables were sticky. There were 2 employees, a young lady and young man. The Lady seemed to be trying to do all the work. The boy was just watching YouTube videos with the sound on, standing by the register. I love Huey Magoos, this is my local one but I will travel to another location to get a hot meal or better yet just go to Canes.

first i’ll start with there was fruit flys swarming by the drink station, the floor was gross and slippery, my chicken was cold like it had been sitting out but my fries were freshly cooked. i also ordered banana pudding and it was literally brown( picture below)

The vibe was off at this location from the start. The restaurant looked dark and dingy and was dirty. Staff were extremely slow and looked like they didn’t want to be there. Tables were sticky and the drink station was dirty. Food was okay. Lukewarm. No seasoning on fries and toast wasn’t toasted. Extremely disappointing as Huey Magoos is one of my favorite places to eat

We had a large group of about a dozen people and kind of in a hurry, and the people working were able to accommodate us and recommend options. They were friendly and helpful, and the service was quick. The food was delicious and hot. I wish we would have had more time, but some had to catch a flight. It seems to be a great place just to grab a quick lunch, a two – or three peice meal.

Had an Uber Eats order for pickup, get there after it says it’s ready, they say it isn’t and no one’s even working on it. A man comes in and asks for his order, and he gets it and leaves. Then multiple women come in and are serviced with their entire meals made before me (a man). I sit there for half an hour after my order was supposedly ready, with no update or anything. Then, the man who came in to get his order comes back and says he has the wrong order entirely. It ended up being MY order, so he gives it back… and then they just give it to me? It’s not even hot at that point. So I of course take it and leave because I’m hungry, and have been for the past 30 minutes I’ve been waiting for my “already ready” food. Can’t describe how awesome it is eating cold food that could have been manipulated by someone else, but all the workers care about is hitting on any female within a 200 foot radius.

I’be been to plenty of Huey locations around Florida and this one is the worst of them all. First impressions was the parking lot was full of trash..should’ve ran while we still could. Upon walking inside and ordering, the lady at the counter was rude and aggressive especially if I asked a question regarding my meal. The table we sat at was literally wobbling on its last leg so we moved to a different spot and my chair was broken. The “coleslaw” that came with my meal was purple in color and tasted like poison. I had to spit it out. The drink area was disgusting and had a mess everywhere. I’d also like to mention, the trash bins have the smallest holes to throw your food away in and it ends up spilling all over the place! I’d definitely recommend a different location to dine.
