Amazing food and service. Their southern eggs Benedict is excellent. Our drinks were constantly filled even though it was busy. Will definitely be back

During our last visit the place was packed. The one young lady waiting on tables is an absolute angel and she had a great attitude. She was handling 20 or more people like an old pro. I was craving a homemade style burger and received exactly that. A big burger from a handmade patty. My wife had the southern style eggs Benedict which she
Loved. Too bad they are not open past 2pm.

Random stop in for breakfast on they way home from visiting family at Christmas. had a fantastic experience. The staff were all so friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home, just like you hope for at a small, locally owned diner. Breakfast came out hot, fast, and cooked exactly how we ordered, with generous portions and that comforting, homemade taste you expect from a neighborhood spot. Five stars all the way!

Best breakfast in town! Jennifer, the owner, makes sure of it. She even waited our table. Breakfast made as in the olden days. Which, I really miss… They really care about the food served and the people who eat there. Why aren’t there more places like this? Deliciously satisfying. Small place and always busy.

Lovely place. A little small so parking and seating can be tough but the folks are great. I can’t give it a full 5 stars because despite repeated requests for light toasting the toast is so overdone it is crunchy and hard. It’s happened 3 out of the 4 times I’ve visited. The one time it didn’t I had to make a big deal out of it rather than just requesting lightly toasted. Big explanation and all that.
It shouldn’t be that hard. Otherwise the food is fine. The service is great and the atmosphere is friendly. Would recommend but you might want to skip the toast.

I’m really glad I decided to try this place. They have created a beautiful tribute to veterans. Their hospitality matched. I tried the country fried steak with scrambled eggs, potatoes, with biscuits and gravy.

I had my first meal at Family Ties today, it’s a great little spot!
I loved the “Southern Egg Benedict” & the girls working their behinds off were very nice! Oh, AND there was only ONE cook in the back! We waited I’d say an average amount of time, which is quite reasonable for only one in the kitchen!
I really appreciate the reasonable prices as well, me, my grandparents & parents AND brother all ate brunch for about $60!
That’s hard to find. I would much rather support this local spot than some chain, which is just not the same.
Support local when you can, it means a lot!

Great little dinner. Great food and service. Tribute to Armed Forces on every wall. Obviously a lot of regulars as patrons were greeting each other by name.

The service was excellent – my coffee was filled a lot more than any other place I’ve been to and the restaurant was full. Very Patriotic place – definitely supports our troops and veterans. Oh, and the food was great! A must support restaurant!

This is an amazing little gem of a restaurant in Crossville. The food was top-notch and the prices were as cheap as I’ve seen them in a long time. The staff was friendly and courteous.
