Chicken tender bites look like someone they just cut up a tender. No uniform shape or size. I was hoping for better size like boneless wings from Wingstop or something. Granted I got the grilled but still. Team member was nice though, through the whole drive thru interaction. Don’t eat here often due to prices but definitely won’t be ordering the bits with a drink for 15 dollars again.

I had a great experience at Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders in Brooksville! The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked — the chicken was juicy and the tenders were seasoned just right. The sauces were and everything came out quickly.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Tam, who made sure everything was on point and provided great customer service. You can tell the team works hard to keep things running smoothly.
Definitely one of the best spots for chicken tenders in the area. I’ll absolutely be back!

This place has their whole thing locked in. It looks like a good chicken tender place and it is, therefore they get full stars all round. I wasn’t hungry, I don’t like crinkle cut fries and I don’t even like chicken all that much but the food was great, hot and came out absurdly fast. Idk if this is considered fast food but it came to my table faster than any fast food place I’ve ever been to. They also have banana pudding. Wasn’t even expensive. If you like chicken type things, just go, you won’t regret it.

My family and I enjoyed the food very much. All of our food was very fresh and hot. All of our meals tasted great. The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and when not busy with customers, I noticed all of staff keeping busy by cleaning. Which leads me to my next point this location was very clean and I enjoyed eating my meal here.
To give my wife’s two pennies, she said she enjoys the chicken at Chick-fil-A better, but Magoos is definitely a step up from KFC or Popeyes .

My first time Huey Magoo’s! This is a recently opened (new) location. I must say the food is fresh, fresh, fresh….. The staff was very friendly, professional, and courteous. The food was freshly fantastic and came hot and very quickly even though the restaurant was crowded. The Cole slaw was good but tasted a little weird to say the least. The chicken was fresh, hot, and delicious. The Texas toast was a great extra to get with my meal and made it even better. We had a great experience this evening. There was three of us: we all ordered three piece chicken meals and drinks. The total was $28.00 which I think was very reasonable for what we ordered compared to other establishments. Definitely recommend!!!

One of the best chicken places we have around! Staff is super sweet and helpful! Ordering is always quick and easy and you never feel rushed. Place is always clean and open seating! There’s even a drive thru!!!! Chickens awesome. I don’t think I’ve eaten one bad thing from there and I’ve tried it all. Always grabbing it for my family! 11/10!

Ok, I’m changing my negative 2 star review I posted 1 year ago. I have removed that negative review btw.
I gave this place 2 stars from the get go, honestly not even going here in the 1st place, just because they do not have shakes on their menu
Which is a big deal for me. That’s why Taco Bell is not my all time fast food restaurant. They could be, but again…no shakes.
However, my wife dragged me here today. And being the old geezer that I am, I forgot about this review.
Anyway, I ordered the simple chicken sandwich with fries, not having any high expectations.
I was totally caught off guard on how good this meal was. It was just a chicken sandwich and crinkle fries. But man, it was really good! The sandwich has 3 large strips of what they call the “fillet mignon” of the chicken.
Well that was correct
And the spices and sauce on the chicken, AND the spices on the fries was delicious
I will have to try the Cole slaw next time
For sure I give this $9.99 meal a 10 out of 10 for a great value delicious meal.
The atmosphere was typical, and the men’s bathroom was out of order.
Everything was clean, and the acodoment counter was well stocked.
The cashier was fine. Not friendly or unfriendly,but at least efficient.
My wife’s chicken salad looked too good with solid greens, and the same chicken with a different sauce of course.
Anyway, do I recommend this little chicken joint?
That’s a big 10-4! Most definitely!
And I’m sorry Huey Magoo’s for the bad rating without even actually trying the food 1st.

This location was amazing. Tamara took care of me and she made sure I was happy when I left. I had my sauces , the right amount of ice and fresh fries (with no salt per my low sodium diet request). I cannot wait to travel all the way from New York to Florida just to get more tenders and fries. Great job Tam !
