I am beyond obsessed with Huey Magoo’s! I tried it for the first time about a month ago when I realized I could get grilled chicken instead of breaded. I’ve had it at least weekly since. Both their grilled tenders and grilled nuggets are juicy and flavorful. When you get it to go, it comes wrapped in foil and stay hot. I’m a big personal fan of the chips as something different than fries. They’re seasoned as well. I dip everything in the honey mustard, but the ranch is great too. The general manager keeps the location very clean and staff are extremely attentive. Big plus that they have lemonade and Coke products. I’ll keep coming again and again!

This has become my new go-to spot for chicken. The quality of the meat is excellent and easily the best compared to other chicken restaurants. One time I accidentally ordered the grilled chicken instead of fried, and it turned out to be juicy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Now it’s my regular order because it tastes great and is a healthier option too.
The staff here are always friendly and upbeat. I’m not one of those customers who expects people to “smile more,” but I really appreciate the genuine enthusiasm and attentiveness every time I visit.
If you haven’t tried them yet, you definitely should. You won’t regret it, and it’s miles better than Chick-fil-A’s soggy chicken.

A friend of mine said there was a place better than raising canes and I was like nahhhhh. Just came in and he was right this place was amazing. Super clean! Didn’t wait long for food at all! The younger guy at the front was super helpful and the manager was very kind! The chicken was fresh, crispy and the fries were wonderfully seasoned. The garlic parm sauce was delicious! Definitely check this place out!

Every visit we are thoroughly impressed by Jason’s (manager) level of customer service. The chicken is moist, seasoned, and hot. The fries are delicious with the right amount of salt. The Texas toast is full of buttery goodness. Creamy coleslaw and variety of sauces. But the most impactful part of our choice to continue dinning at this location is their amazing employees. There is always a warm greeting(Camden), a quickness from the kitchen(Eric), and a demonstration of genuine appreciation for our visit.

Delicious! Hot and crispy, with wonderfully seasoned fries. We had a normal platter and a wrap with their lemon pepper sauce — which was nice and tangy without being too strong. Great with a side of watermelon tea, which is subtle and not too sweet!
My experience can be summed up as “Raising Canes but everything is better”
I especially enjoy the expanded menu options in comparison to Canes — a little goes a long way here, with several options without overwhelming you with choices.

We stumbled onto this place and thought the reviews looked good so we should check it out. We were pleasantly surprised! The staff was extremely attentive, explaining the menu and options and taking time while not rushing us. The food was ready FAST. I cannot emphasize that. I didn’t make it to my table before they had the food ready to go. Even one of the people I was with, who had asked for grilled and it had to be made, still had their food in 5 minutes. The chicken is very tender, no weird parts or chewy bits, with a light breading. I had the buffalo sauce, which I know can vary, but this was incredibly hot (I prefer milder). The taste and moistness of the chicken is great. The fries were really good, but to be honest the best thing was the banana pudding. Best I’ve ever had, I’m in love! Highly recommend, but it is a smaller portion. I think it’s perfect to get a good amount without overdoing it. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend checking out this new addition. Also, the employees were a delight, checking on us to find out what we needed and a gentleman (owner/mgr?) was very open and engaging and a delight to deal with.

Huey Magoo’s is a great chicken finger chain restaurant, almost same as Cane’s. The app had a great offer for new customers. This location had a nice and clean dining room with a lovely patio. The drink station had a few options. The strawberry lemonade was outstanding. Ketchup was unlimited. The chicken fingers were flavorful and crispy with some secret seasonings. But the fries were terrible. Magoo’s chicken fingers tasted as good as Cane’s, but Cane’s has better fries and Texas toast.

I love the chicken! Not so crazy about the big french fries. The first time I went my fries were not warm at all. My server brought me another basket fresh out of the grease and gave me more than enough to make up for the cold ones I first received. I’m just not crazy about thick french fries so they kind of lost me because of that. I will go there just to buy the chicken but not the fries or the bread.
