The food is top notch comfort food! We love the breakfast all day option. Starting with the Cook/Grill Master at the Dixie Inn location. This young man is one of the many reasons to go to this specific diner. Always has a smile , even on the busiest days! Let me tell you now, I am not a waitress!! Couldn’t do it for long. These ladies take it to heart that your belly is full and maybe a smile on your face as you go! I keep coming back for the experience as well as the busicuts and gravy! I’ve also downloaded the app and utilize the perks!! Given 4 stars because I feel like life is growth! There’s always gotta be room to grow!

As a truck driver I dont have a whole lot of time to wait around so I usually know my order, but the people here kept making excuses about how they’ll get to me and that they’re busy, while actively taking the order of customers that came after me. do better to take care of the customer that came first. Anyways Louisiana as a state sucks. wont be back.

I’ve always like Huddle House. They usually have great coffee and a nice variety of breakfast goodies. We had a large party but were able to pull some tables together and get seated quickly.
The restaurant looks quite old inside. It is definitely in need of a refresh and a deep cleaning.
Our young waitress took great care of us.
I ordered the country fried steak breakfast but my daughter ordered the country fried steak dinner so she could get mashed potatoes. We both enjoyed it.
I will probably be back but Huddle House isn’t a place I just seek out on a regular basis.

I don’t get the negative reviews. This place is great. The staff are friendly and Sarah who worked the counter last night was super friendly. The food is hot and tasted great. So good I came back for breakfast.

We had a party of five and were picking somewhere with a good variety to satisfy the varied tastes among my family. We lost someone recently and was looking for an easy, laid back experience to enjoy each other’s company and some good comfort food.
I had the country fried steak which was cooked just right. The mac ‘n cheese was the good kind (not the kind that tasted like it was out of a box). Fries were real crisp. I also had a strawberry waffle sundae which was exactly as you’d expect. We come here now and again and are always happy to return.

I loved the nostalgic atmosphere. There were three women cooking behind the open bar and two waitresses interacting with them. The food was excellent…the kind of home cooking my husband really enjoyed.
