I quit going to HH because the food was bad and the service was even worse. I have not had a sit down meal in 3 weeks so I decided to try this one.
Even thought you can tell the owner needs to spend money updating and cleaning , I had such a great morning.
BJ is an amazing southern lady who made my day. She helped me with getting what I wanted to eat. ( even thought it’s off the menu ) Every customer she treated the same. She was supper kind and fast. And my food came out perfect.
If you have not been here in a while go check it out. Make She BJ helps you if you want the best experience..

What kinda scam is Huddle House running? Online there is one price and in the store there is a whole different price. I paid double the amount I was looking to pay. The server was very nice and polite. The food was good. She explained the extra charge for eggs that’s supposed to come with the order. She explained a 49 cent to go fee. I am very upset that I had to pay double.

I wasn’t expecting much just a typical stop off on the way home from picking up my kids, they wanted waffles so we headed in. The staff was great. The bathrooms were clean. And the atmosphere was more than just a greasy spoon, it was warm and inviting.
Our waitress B.J. Treated my girls like princesses and remembered both their names throughout our meal.
It’s just a Huddle House and I get that but we are a small family and to have a nice experience like that is just so important and we’re are great full for the staff.

Shoutout to our server BJ! She was so kind and patient with my youngest and really took the time to include the kids when they were ordering. She stayed on top of everything at our table and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back if this is the kind of service we can expect!

I was very surprised to encounter a great experience here. I haven’t been here for years. It wasn’t good from the service to the food. Now, I have to say that this last experience was great. The food was good, hot and quickly prepared. The service was beyond what you normally expect from any restaurant! Nice comeback for this restaurant.
A couple of things need fixed, the ceiling and the light fixtures. It’s a work in progress but definitely heading in the right direction!

This place was horrible and the service was worse than horrible. As truckers we eat at a lot of places and this one made me actually wish I had cooked in the truck. The chicken fried steak was bone dry and hard to cut. I mean it was like the precooked kind you get in the freezer section at the store and it was like it was cooked yesterday morning not that evening. Green beans were gross and tasted/looked like reheated canned green beans. I worked in a school cafeteria for 11 years and I’d rather have had it. Our service was extremely slow. When she brought us our food she disappeared and we didn’t see her again for almost 30 minutes. 3 customers came in and left because she didn’t even acknowledge them or seat them. When she disappeared so did the cook. When she finally showed up both of our cups had been empty at least 10 minutes. She asked how we were doing I told her I wanted my meal taken off our ticket and told her why and showed her , she acted like “oh well”. She did remove it. Up until that point I was going to get the turkey sandwich my husband got because it looked really good but at the point when she showed back up I was just ready to get out of there. We arrived about 4:15 and there was only 1 other occupied table and they left right after we arrived so there’s no reason for horrible food and service because there definitely wasn’t a rush. I don’t usually leave a completely bad review, I try to find at least something positive but there was nothing positive about this place. After reading other reviews that sound like they had the same service I don’t see how the server still has a job there.

Came here for lunch after a long drive, I got a table and just sat there waiting for 15-20 minutes the waitress kept walking around and didn’t even notice me. I just had to give up and leave… what a waste of time! The waitress is rude!
