The person who made my Buffalo Chicken Sliders must be having a horrible day. Or they just genuinely hate their customers/job. I ordered through door dash. I live only 2 minutes from this location, so “sitting” isn’t an excuse for how my food showed up.
Both Buffalo Chicken Sliders were completely SOAKED through the wrapper.
Who does that?
I couldn’t eat them… couldn’t even get them open without the wrapper falling apart.
This is just such a jerk thing to do.

Go somewhere else. Too expensive to not even receive a toasted bun or changing oil in the fryer so my fries don’t taste like old oil. Sandwich was cold and unpleasant.

It was ok. I ordered something other than my usual “regular roast beef” and was disappointed. Brisket bacon beef dip was not as good as I had hoped. The meat was dry and crunchy the dip tasted like hot brown water and was helpful to make the bread and meat moist. I didn’t order curly fries but I like them enough that I didn’t go back to the drive thru for another 15 minute wait to have them exchanged. I had originally headed to the location on Indiana because Google said it was the closest location to where I was. Indiana was closed I found out by calling them after I noticed that the location looked under construction. The nice person on the phone was nice enough to tell me the next closest location. Customer service at the drive thru window was good and they were sweet to give my dog Lola a treat.

We hadn’t been to Arby’s in a while..they have their fish sandwich right now and theirs puts any other burger/sandwich shop to shame! Huge fish fillet, yummy tartar sauce, lettuce and I add tomato. Very generous and filling. My daughter got a market fresh Turkey sandwich and it was really good! The bread was soft and the turkey was delicious. The crinkle fries are a nice change from curly fries. The valley location on Sprague is always clean, the food is fresh and tastes great and the staff are friendly and professional.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to the manager, Scott! I’ve came in two days in a row now and he’s been the nicest, most helpful person. No wonder he’s the manager! You can tell he really cares about their customers. Keep on being that shining star Scott!!!

Absolutely love Arbys so decided to order lunch for me and coworker. The milkshake i ordered tasted like pure coffee which is disgusting. My French dip didn’t come with the sauce either which is very disappointing. Was looking for something that would taste great but left me feeling even worse than not eating lunch.
