We stopped in for a quick potty break and my 2yr old son requested a chocolate milk. The staff was very quick, friendly and helpful and got him his own little travel cup. They interacted with him by asking him how old he was and what not. Very nice staff.

The absolute worse service we have ever had… Drinks remained empty the entire time we were there. No one ever checked on us. Server completely ignored our dirty plates as well as us. The server was more worried about going outside to do “whatever” while we sat there with nothing but empty drinks and dirty plates. A different server had to take our dessert order and got that wrong… Being a server I know you have to stay on top of your tables. But the regulars that were there got much better service than we did. We will not be there for a long while… WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!

Busy during lunch hours, especially weekdays. Food is standard Huddle House, but not greasy thank goodness, their grill cooks know their the job well and are great. Daily specials under $6.00 weekdays as well. Friendly, attentive staff. Visit sometime in Kuttawa, KY, sit back, relax and let them cook for you. Enjoy!

I stopped in on Easter Sunday morning and they had a full staff on duty. Even a young lady working with a knee brace on. It is unusual to see people like their job enough to show up for work on a holiday. The service was good and the food arrived quickly and hot. They do what they do real well.

Stopped in for some breakfast to only sit down and wait several minutes before anyone decided to wait on us even though one the waitresses was outside as we were walking in. The other waitress inside finally came over after she got her hair fingered combed by the young waitress from outside. Finally came over to ask what kind of drinks we wanted and took our order. Finally got our drinks unable to drink them because it took another 3 mins to get a straw. Here comes the food. The waffle was burnt after we asked for soft not hard waffles. Poured almost the whole bottle of syrup on it (still not able to eat it) Husband was done with his first plate of food to only receive his biscuits and gravy (that I had to ask for) that were left in the microwave for over 5 mins. The waitress looked at us while searching the table as if we were hiding a plate of biscuits and gravy. Husband goes to register to pay for the food she tells him wait a minute. She finally comes back he hands her his card to only have it handed back by placing on the counter when his hand is out for her to place in. Needless to say we will never stop at this huddle house again. The service was horrible, food was not as ordered and the waitress was not a pleasant site to see. The whole point is customer service is a major priority in the customer service field. If you can’t present your company with a smile or great service to your customer’s then maybe you should change jobs that does not require you to deal with customers upfront. CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW MUCH THEIR SERVICE SUCKED.
