Someone needs to get in there and clean that place from top to bottom. The ceilings were stained. The vents were covered and I mean covered and dust and I don’t know what else. I don’t know who owns this huddle House but they need to get in there and clean it thoroughly. We won’t be back.

The epitome of quality. Our server Mischelle has faithfully served here my whole time here, and nobody has screwed up once in my 10 years as a regular customer (that part was confirmed by my mom). The food is delicious and filling, the service is quick, the tables are clean, and the waiter/waitresses are exceptionally nice. It’s no wonder that we and probably many others quickly became regulars.

The “Manager” of this establishment was so rude and hostile. Her attitude as soon as we walked in the door was hateful and unacceptable. She made me not feel welcomed at all. Her behavior and lack of customer service makes me not want to return at all. Our waitress even apologized to us about her behavior. The owner needs to come in during a shift and see the way she treats customers… I guarantee she’s made plenty of people not come back. Waitress was amazing but they definitely need a new manager.

Been a hot minute since ive been to huddle house in Paris. This Sunday morning i invited several friends and we met there. We filled 3 tables and our experience was awesome. The waitress was a hard worker and kept our coffee filled more than most would. She was funny and polite and overall made our time there even better. I ordered the MVP and everything on it was great. The pancakes were top notch and will for sure be back for them! Overall was 10/10 and cant wait to go back with friends

So me and a friend of mine went to go eat for breakfast today. Our service was slow as well as we had a very disrespectful waitress. She was older and I understand they were busy, but she did not offer us a refund for our fruit which tasted like bleach. She completely cut us off after we asked politely if we could remove the three dollars worth of charge on our ticket. Didn’t offer to change anything offer us anything else to eat. She just was rude. I lived in Paris, Tennessee all my life. I’ve been to huddle house probably over 20 times and the last few times I’ve went, service was horrible. There was flies in our drinks, and hair in our food. I almost deal with it every time I go now, so please watch out for your food when you go to eat there.

Customer service wasn’t good. We had people with us with special diet restrictions and they weren’t allowed to substitute any foods for other options. Coming in we chose a booth that hadn’t yet been clean ( because you choose your own seating) and instead of saying we’ll be right over the waitress told we couldn’t seat there cause it wasn’t clean. The atmosphere wasn’t friendly to new comers. And the food wasn’t good. Hashbrowns were undercooked, eggs barely done (I got scrabbled). Just wasn’t a good experience from start to finish.

We walked in with a great greeting & asked if we wanted a table or eat at the bar. Server was on her toes very busy but made time to get our order & Coffee right away. Food was brought within a great time & HOT! A coffee refill also! Definitely going back!

2 stars only because the waitress was nice. I paid 4.40 cents for 1 Bisquet with a little gravy on top. The gravy was ok and half of the Bisquet. Other half was hard like a dry Hockey Puck, couldn’t eat it. Cashier asked me how was it, I replied half was pretty good but other wasn’t. She showed no concern whatsoever & charged full price. 4.40 cents for half a Bisquet with a dab of gravy. Oh well, I went on and had a great day anyway
