I ordered some Uber Eats the night before and it came perfectly cooked, and very well packaged. Everything was fresh and hot, the pancakes were fluffy and the eggs were just how I wanted them, my husbands food was also cooked great, the mac and cheese was especially good.

The server Grandma Katie was an amazing person. She took the time to explain to my elderly grandpa the menu. She made sure our coffee stayed hot and was always there when we needed her with any questions about the area. The food was very tasteful and hot! I completely recommend stoping by and eating the new sausage and bacon hashbrown casserole. We will be visiting again soon!

The absolute worst breakfast experience ever. Ordered a meat lovers omelet and it wasn’t what was advertised . It was too salty and overcooked. Also, an order of hash browns with country gravy and biscuit, it was horrible. The manager did her best to make it right but it was too late. Food, Service, and prices were terrible. We usually eat at the Huddle House in Monroeville which has always been great. This is the first one we’ve had bad food and service. We decided to give the one in Saraland a try for our first time being in the area. Our server took our order She was never rude but also not nice. She brought us our food and never checked back to see how the food was. Our drinks were never refilled. She dropped the bill off and never said anything nor ever came back. Our food portions were really small. I got the meat omelette with toast and hash browns. The portions for omelette and hash browns was really really small for $14. It was like a kids plate. The hash browns were so burnt and hard. I had to let them soak in ketchup to soften them up to be edible. The meat in the omelette was also burnt. The bacon was black. My husband got the waffle it was $15. It wasn’t bad. The waffle was super super thin though. His bacon was cooked perfect. It wasn’t worth $15 though. We also got two kids meals for the kids. They had chicken tenders and fries. My son couldn’t eat the fries. They were so gross and that’s he’s favorite food. The chicken tenders weren’t as bad. The fries and tenders tasted like they had been cooked in very old cooking oil. Again, the portions were tiny and drinks not included. Our bill for four meals was $56. Oh, and the sweet tea was sour. It was a huge disappointment especially for the price. If we weren’t starving from a two hour road trip with two small kids that were also starving we would have returned the food and left.

It was horrible and i normally do not leave reviews because i myself work in the food industry. We got our food and it was cold and undercooked. My cheese wasn’t even melted, my mother asked for an entire new waffle because it was like ice. It wasn’t just us that had this experience, the ladies besides us also got up and left because no one came and gave them refills. I will never go back.

Fantastic place of service for good southern country dining. Delicious southern cooking. Absolutely friendly service. If you like classic southern cooking, this is the place to go to. The waitress Miss Katie was also beyond friendly as well, as were the rest of the servers.
