I was very impressed by the amount of teamwork the employees had. Hannah was the manager and I made a special request to speak with her. I had to personally let her know that she was doing an amazing job. I heard her compliment her team several times and continue to chant them on. The food was good and everyone was hustling to get the job done. The place was packed and they definitely deserved the praise. Keep up the good job!

I’ve been coming here very often before going into work, and the Establishment is excellent. I’ve especially often have a waitress (Jenn) who is amazing at her job, and shows me kindness every time I come into the door. The environment seems lively. And they always know I need my coffee, with 4 creamer pods. I recommend this place. Tell them I sent ya!

This is one of go-to restaurants but not very happy tonight. I walked in to place the order and asked if she could bring it out to me. She said she could. I asked if the tip would go to her and she told me, yes.
I tipped 20%. That would have been a great tip for table service. It would have been a huge tip for someone just to bring it out to me…no table to clean, no drinks to refill, etc.
Eventually I had to call the restaurant to ask if they were bringing it out or did I need to come in to get it. A manager eventually came out and explained they no longer let their waitress’s come out for deliveries after dark.
So after I got home I called and asked to speak to the manager. I shared the situation. (Oh yeah, I did ask for no cheese on the hashbrowns, which, of course…I got cheese). He asked if I wanted a refund on the hash browns!
Not a good take on wait staff and management during early evening hours…

Had chicken fried steak meal. My Wife had breakfast. Food was great. Service was excellent! Portions where over the top. Hadn’t been there in a few years so the price kinda shocked me but considering fastfood drive-thru is over $25 it was well worth it.

Our waitress was good & the food was okay for this type of restaurant. I was pleasantly pleased on one hand & not so much on the other . Only issues…the cook tried shorting me a shrimp. The Mac n cheese wasn’t eatable. The inside of the store & the floor are as pictured .
