I had an amazing experience tonight at Alexander City location. I have never been after 2 pm before. There were several dining when we arrived but we had wide choice of tables still available. When our order came the eggs were nice & fluffy, hash browns were not overcooked & hot. I hope this team is together each time I visit as it was perfect harmony watching the way they worked. ( Yes, I notice things like this)
I was offered wheat toast & sugar free syrup that I had never been offered before. As a diabetic this means a lot & now know to request as an option.

Huddle House has a mega bacon smashburger. The huddle House in Alexander city has got the best smashburger I have ever had. It is so good the service is great me and my husband frequent the place we always have. But the menu that they have going on right now is always good you always get good breakfast and the people are always so nice. If you go through Alex City traveling and want some breakfast or regular food stop it huddle House in Alexander City it is a great place to eat.

We were there around 2PM on Sunday Jan 18. There were about 8vemployees there during shift change. They all looked like the they lived on the street. No one was in proper uniform. They started talking and using profanity.they got louder. I am a former sailor and I have never heard language like that in a public business. We had my young great granddaughter whovisbhust learning to repeat words that she hears. We got out drinks but had not ordered yet. After about 10 minutes I told our waitress we were leaving because we didn’t want to listing to that type language.We walked out. Ivknow good help is hard to find but you should be able to find 1 decent shift manager to keep dressed decent and keep the language family approp

We went to Huddle House hoping to enjoy breakfast, but never even made it to a table. Our family, along with two other families, waited outside for about 30 minutes while several empty tables sat uncleaned. There wasn’t even space inside to wait. One member of our group stood inside and observed the servers standing around, laughing and playing on their phones instead of cleaning tables or helping customers. After waiting far too long, we finally gave up and went to Burger King down the road. Extremely disappointing experience.

They have an awesome server named Kandice! Kandice was very bubbly, attentive,and informative of the items on the menu. I was having a terrible day and although she didn’t know it, she made it so much better just with her personality and energy!! Hopefully next time I come she’s working. Awesome dining experience

I ordered the Mega bacon cheeseburger what the pic looked like and what I received for $12 was absolutely ridiculous. The patties were so hard crunchy, thin and small. I am sending the pic of it and you can’t even see the bottom patty it didn’t even cover the bun, there was barely any bacon on it there was one slice of cheese and they squirted some nasty fake cheese spread on it. When I said something to the server she ask if I wanted them to make another, we waited 30 minutes for this one sure wasn’t waiting that long for another. I just pulled it off the bun and dealt with it. What a disgusting disappointment, ya’ll used to have great burgers. Look at the menu pic vs what I received. It was the size of a regular burger

Had hair in food my husbands food was ice cold. Drinks tasted like syrup. Stated our problems to waiter and she seemed lost and didn’t really care. We paid over 30 bucks and didn’t even get to eat our food. Cooks should have to wear hairnet if they want to cook and have long hair or facial hair.
