Food is always cooked great, last time we went they were not very busy though but the 1 server didnt even give us our drinks until right before our food came up. All the tables were dirty too. Maybe there was a rush before we got there… but we shall return because everyone is friendly and food is good!

Awesome food, super friendly atmosphere. Many customers were interacting with each other and the waitress…she was “on point”!!! Her name is Sam, super friendly, very thorough, never had to ask for anything because she already knew what we wanted and needed and brought it to us. If I were to give any waitress five stars, she would get 6! I enjoyed talking to her about Virginia, Blue ridge parkway etc. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Let Me just start by saying I’ve went two days in a row to this restaurant ordering two different meals and the food was amazing and even cooked to perfection the way I liked it even. They have truthfully won me over from Waffle House that being said I’d love to give a shout out to the ladies working staff Ms.Sam ,Ms bri ,Ms Savannah, and Ms.Tiffany they were all amazing the with positive attitudes and made sure everything was done how I liked it while still also attending other you ladies rock thank you -Tj

We were in town for a wedding and came here for breakfast the next day. Absolutely fire! Everything we wanted, Revived us completely. We got the mvp breakfast with waffles. Delicious. The atmosphere was great everyone was kind and friendly. Nicole gave us great service. Food came fast and delicious.

I hesitate writing this review because on a previous visit to huddle House I had prompt excellent service and food.
However on New Year’s Eve i stopped by for breakfast about 10:00 a.m. there were very few seats available dishes stacked up on all the tables not bussed…
After I was seated it was more than 15 minutes before a hostess came by and wiped off the table didn’t offer to get a drink or anything else however told me I shouldn’t have sat there because it had not been wiped off and it wasn’t her table.
After an additional 10 to 15 minutes my waitress showed up got me a cup of coffee and took my order. They’re apparently was a backlog but the restaurant wasn’t that busy and to get a refresh on my coffee I had to chase the waitress down.
Another 15 minutes went by finally got my food and had to send it back it was cold and had to be reheated in the microwave wouldn’t even melt butter.
Needless to say after 45 to 50 minutes receiving cold food having rude staff on today’s visit I was certainly not pleased.
Having one excellent meal on a previous occasion and having a terrible experience on today’s visit I would have to assess the experience on the negative side. Apparently it’s pot luck… No consistency.

This place reminds you of a Waffle House, minus the cooks yelling at each other lol. They have all varieties of breakfast and lunch items to choose from such as French toast, waffles, and pancakes. I must admit, I wasn’t impressed, maybe I went on a bad day for them. We arrived close to noon (1143 am to be exact) and there was a wait even though they had 2 tables empty, they just needed to clean off the tables. Soon as you get there, there’s a sign on the door that says that they are short staff and hiring, but the waitresses that were there I could see were just lounging around & talking to each other. We signed their “sign in sheet” that was at the register and was asked to wait outside instead of inside along with another customer that came up behind us. I won’t lie to you, I didn’t feel welcomed in this establishment and probably should have left, but I’ve heard so much about Huddle House I wanted to try them out. One good thing about this visit, was the pleasant conversation with the other customer that had to wait outside with us. He questioned the “sign in” sheet saying he always comes there to eat every week and never had to sign something before. We waited 10 minutes before getting a table and then had to wait at least 30 minutes after ordering to get our food. More customers that came in after us, got their food way before us and when we did get it, it was luke warm and dry. It had been sitting on the counter and the waitress didn’t bring it to us. When I say this place is like Waffle house, the grille in literally in plain site behind the bar, you can see the cook and the orders being made. The pancakes were fluffy looking, but dry, the scrambled eggs were wet in texture, the Waffle was good though just not hot, but warm like it was made and sitting on the counter. The food & atmosphere here is ok, but not great. If I visit another one, it won’t be in Yulee. There’s not alot of parking either. I feel Waffle House is better.
