I had breakfast here two days in a row and both days the food and service were outstanding! The first day I had a southwest breakfast bowl. Eggs, bacon sausage peppers and more. Plus a sauce that kicked up the flavors. The second day was a bit more traditional breakfast of blueberry pancakes, 2 huge ones, country sausage and scrambled eggs. So filling and tasty. Excellent coffee and the waitress never let my cup empty. The staff worked hard and always smiled. If all Huddle Houses are like this they’ll always be packed. If they aren’t like this one they better step it up. Huddle House has definitely taken first place on my breakfast restaurant list.

Oldest Breakfast Spot in Hinesville? But the service is impeccable everything I go, doesn’t matter morning or afternoon the staff here go above and beyond to please their customers. I gave it 4 stars simply because the owner Needs to do SOME MAJOR UPGRADES to the place. Although the staff do their best to keep things clean there’s a lot that definitely needs to be replaced starting with the floor.

Food was great, as long as you aren’t expecting to be fed a huge load like grandma would do in the days. They are hiring, but seem to be short staffed. For example; one server, taking orders and serving about 4 tables, plus cleaning etc extra duties, plus the multiple take out orders. They do get to you and your order in a timely manner, considering. Just mentioning this for the those that forget to be a little patient, and for the benefit of alleviating the load, that’s on one person. Other wise if hungry and want a dinner/old American vibe.

Every single time we place a pick up order and give them a description. Is either served uncooked, done once we get there, or a cook grabbed our order to serve it to someone else. The concept of a pick up orders is to order ahead of time so there is no wait time when paying because clearly the person requesting the order doesn’t have time. Why is there no accountability for the employees who have been there the longest and need to set the example. My family likes the place but the from the past month till now the service has gone down. Attention to detail and remembering the pick up order doesn’t have time to wait then one in a table clearly are in no rush that’s why they sat down to eat.
