If I could give 0 stars I would. We sat for a good 10 minutes before the waitress asked what we wanted to drink, then she forgot to bring our drinks. She stated I didn’t bring y’alls drinks? Had to wave her down to let her know we were ready to order and she didn’t even understand what that meant. Sat here for 1 hour waiting on our food and when it came out our order was was wrong. We told her we didn’t want it that it wasn’t right so she grabbed the plates and threw them in the sink behind the counter. The manager came over apologized and asked to correct the problem we agreed. They brought our food out for the second time and it was wrong again! We got up and left. needless to say I’m over here starving, onto Dairy Queen…

The food was really good. There wasn’t a big wait and it came out pretty quickly. In fact, the food was so good that day, I also gave the cook a tip. The iced sweet tea was really good. Waitress was nice, cordial and kept my glass full. The restroom was clean. If someone isn’t holding the door, it could make for a difficult wheelchair ride through the two doors. Other than that, I’d recommend it.

Bathrooms were clean. Tables were dirty. Tea was excellent but no refills with meal. Menu pages stuck together. Ordered the “Grown-up Grilled Cheese”. It was delicious, even though they forgot the bacon. Had to ask a cook in training for utensils and napkins. Server never checked on us.

Came to see a friend for the day. We came here cause it is close and convenient. Tables when we walked in were full of dishes. Assistant manager was her best she could too help. Other waitress was very slow and poorly motivated. The 2 cooks seem more interested in complaining and showed no interest in helping at all. Hardly no tables had been cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this huddle house at all. 2 cooks for as slow it is ridiculous. Manager is a joke. Fire her and do this location a favor. I won’t waste my time coming back.

Very slow service at this one. Waitress was having a conversation with a friend at the counter. She finally came over and got our order. The cook bless her heart looks 70 was having trouble cooking. We where the only table there, took her 30 minutes to cook our breakfast.

Food taste good. Waitress was friendly. Only complaint is we were the only customers in at the rime and we could hear the other waitress (not ours) talking bad about people. Kinda a turn off while im trying to eat. Other than that everything was good.

I’ve been to this particular location many times mainly because there aren’t too many places to eat but I have walked right out because of poor sanitation rude and unprofessional employees… the list goes on. However this experience was the best in 10 years that I’d been trying to find at this location the food was good the server was great and it was the cleanest I’d ever seen it. I would go back only in the morning before noon.

First of all, all the tables are, and have been, dirty since we walked in and ate. The food is cold. When we asked for silverware, they gave us plastic ones. Never got a coffee refill. Best thing I can say is toast was good…but had to ask twice for jelly. I will stick with Hinesville from now on. Save yourself! Don’t do it!

It took over 30 minutes to get our food, this was not during the lunch rush. My hamburger steak was warm at best and the gravy was cold. I will not waste my time by stopping again. It was not the fault of our waitress.

Terrible, disgusting, unsanitary place to eat. Stopped approx. at 0300 hours on 22 Oct 2016. Waitress outside smoking, sat down at counter across from flat top grill. Counter dirty, trash on counter, burnt toast in toaster, bacon sitting on flat top, waffle machine disgusting, dishes piled up. Totally disgusting looking work place. Ordered food, waited for waitress who was still smoking and talking outside, decided best to cancel order and leave. Do not waste your time at this place. The place deserves no stars
