My first time eating at a Huddle House and it was at this location and my food was great! My waitress was polite also. These folks have $5 combos people that are fabulous!!! I’ve never really cared for pancakes but there strawberries pancake has me hooked! I’ve got a new house I love and it doesn’t begin with WAFFLE!!

Myself along with 2 of my family members walked into the establishment and it 15 minutes passed before we were even greeted. There were 2 tables available but dirty. I had to ask for one of the tables to be cleaned. The staff was unfriendly and rude. I don’t want to make this a racial thing but they were polite and they were friendly and polite to the caucasian patrons. I was very disappointed in my experience since I was visiting from out of town with my family members. Spend your money wisely.

The service was horrible. I actually walked out because there was no ” I’ll be right with you or a sorry for your wait.” I probably wouldn’t have walked out had they at least acknowledged us for the wait or took my drink. It wasn’t full and the waitress literally had no pep in her step. She was slow like she didn’t give a f***. I left and went to the Waffle House were the service was excellent

Bad customer service ! I had to go up and ask for refills, i understand if they were busy but they weren’t. It was only me and one other person in there! Then it’s false advertisement i asked for a side of cheese sauce which i found on the menu and they said they don’t serve cheese sauce, also i asked for the huddle burger which on the menu says it comes with cheddar cheese and they put American cheese then tried to argue with me about it !!! The cooks name was Angie and my waiters name was Linda. THEN she didn’t want to give me my receipt & when she did. I looked at it and she didn’t give me back the right change!! She said “i don’t know why the drinks didn’t ring up” she rang up 2 waters so she could keep the 4$ ! Very unprofessional!

Nothing was good about this placed. Walked in no work is in the front no one cooking. Had to go to the side door to speak to someone. And then they tell you they didn’t have any carry out plates so you sit and wait for 15 mins had your mouth watering and then they tell you they have no strawberries for the waffle so now that messed everything up. People sitting around looking crazy waiting for someone to come back and cook with some plates what kind of place of business is this.

I ended up taking my least favorite beverage; coffee….”sorry no clean silverware” so I was given a straw to stir my coffee! A STRAW!!!!
My family and I are still waiting to be served!!! Many customers who we met here are still waiting on food!!!!
My suggestion: cook at home or go somewhere else!!!

My last few visits here have been absolutely horrible. Burgers are always so dry they taste like jerky. The fries taste like left overs. The waitresses are slow moving, careless and can’t comprehend anything. The last time I want my waitress introduced herself by forcing herself down beside me and saying loudly, “What y’all wanna drank? We don’t have Pepsi, MtDew, DrPepper, or MellowYellow. All we got is water and Sweet Tea.” Then presumes to laugh hysterically.
I will never come back here. Waffle House is the best choice and it’s right down the street.
-On the bright side, I know they wash the dishes because the sweet tea tasted like soap.

We went to the HH 2 weeks ago for a quick bite with our kids. The waitress stopped us at the door and informed us they were closing- it would be an hour before we would be served-because they were doing a shift change. At 8:30 at night. Okay. Fast forward to last night: we didn’t learn our lesson the first time, and tried HH again. Again we were met at the door, the waitress telling us they were closing because of the curfew. This was 7:30 p.m. The curfew wasn’t until 12 a.m. When I questioned them about this, they admitted they didn’t know when the curfew was. I think before you turn paying customers away, you should at least check on things like curfews. Just to make sure. We just wanted a hot meal and were turned away. So, to make a long rant a little shorter, we aren’t going back to this restaurant. I don’t think they want customers anyway.

Service was great, the entire staff was very attentive. Food was also much better than I had expected, and they had a lot of dinner options outside of breakfast food. Overall great experience, I plan on going back.

This place has really changed, i use to love huddle house but after tonight. No thank you sadly i gave this place more than 3 chances… Its dirty, flies are every where, the cooks don’t wash there hands nor are they mindful of customers being that they NEVER HAVE ANYTHING! MANGERS NEVER ANYWHERE TO BE LOCATED.. Food was uncooked and she thought that i was suppose to pay for it, she gave another guy free food lmafo … Yeah im over it sadly! Never returning to this unsanitary, non customer oriented place..
