Art Mel’s Spicy Dicy Fish Sandwich was the best thing we ate in Bermuda. This sandwich is massive, messy, and unbelievably good.
Pro tip: get the raisin bread lightly toasted. It’s key to holding together the extraordinary amount of filling piled inside. The fish is perfectly cooked, the sauce delivers just the right kick, and every bite is pure comfort food bliss.
There’s really no proper place to sit and eat, so this is best done as takeaway or eaten in your car. One sandwich could easily feed two people, but you should still get two… one for now and one for later (you’ll thank yourself).
Friends ordered the fish and chips and that looked excellent too.
It’s not easy to get to, but it’s totally worth it!

A very busy place for takeout. Classic Bermuda Fish Sandwich on raisin bread with tartar sauce, a bit spicy, zero real parking here. Fish Sandwich was huge and awesome. I could only eat half & saved the rest for later. My wife had fried shrimp and fries which were excellent, crispy and not greasy.
The atmosphere is from the smile you get when your order is handed to you. A must visit location when you’re in Bermuda. You can order ahead. Cash only, basically no parking, just run in and grab your food. There is no seating either. Just tasty takeout. You will need to find somewhere to go eat, nearby Spanish point park is just a 7 min drive away

We came in on Saturday and got the Wahoo fish sandwiches! One traditional way and one made to order and fries. The lady at the front desk was soooo sweet and also the gentleman in the back! She let us try the gingerbread and I have been eating that every morning! So good! The fried chicken was some of the best we have ever had!!! You definitely have to try this place! We will be back!!!! Whoever the lady was at checkout THANK YOU SO MUCH! You were so kind and sweet to us! Please come to Texas and drive on the right side! lol

Wish I could give more than 5 stars because OH MY GOD! Best fish sandwich I have had in a long time hands down! Best meal I had in Bermuda! They are generous with the filling and everything is so fresh, I saved half of it for a second meal.
The people here are so kind and helped me sort out payment because this place is cash only and I had only cards on me. Please remember to bring cash. They go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy which adds to the experience!
This is a takeout only place but there are a-lot of spots around the place for you to enjoy your sandwich with the ocean view.
Next time I visit, I will book my stay near Art Mel’s so I can enjoy this often.

Wow. We braved a rainstorm to get to Art Mel’s given the rave reviews about their Fish Sandwich. Art Mel’s does not disappoint. With friendly service and generous portions, one sandwich was perfect for the two of us. Make sure you get coleslaw on the sandwich with the raisin bread.
Place is cash only and standing room only. Parking is out front on the street.
A phenomenal Bermuda experience. I can’t have a fish sandwich from anywhere else.

Do yourself a favor and don’t skip Art Mel’s for their spectacular fish sandwich!! We weren’t sure what to expect with the raisin bread but it was a 10/10 across the board – sweet, a little heat, crispy and crunchy!! And do not miss out on Da Smith’s sherbet – we had the privilege of trying the virgin punch and it was incredible! My mouth is watering just writing this review. Go take a quick taxi ride like we did and see these fabulously kind people. Your belly will thank you

Tiny little place in Hamilton that is worth seeking out. We walked here from the ferry, but I don’t recommend doing that. We took a taxi back! Amazing fried fish sandwich served on homemade raisin bread. I know what you’re thinking—raisin bread?? This raisin bread was fantastic! It really enhanced the flavor of this extremely large, fresh fish sandwich. Service was top notch and the staff was sincere and friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

This is hands down the best fish sandwich in Bermuda and I’m saying that as somebody who lived there for six months. Call ahead and order, take a taxi there, and have your taxi driver wait for you outside as it’s not an easily accessible location. It is worth every dollar! I would recommend sharing the sandwich since they are ginormous.
