This was my first visit to HuDa and thoroughly enjoyed it! I loved that the menu offers choices of broth and allow for a sort of build-your-bowl of pho. I got the basic beef broth with meatball pho with an order of shrimp spring rolls. The broth was really flavorful! It’s been awhile since I’ve had such a tasty broth, and this one hit the spot. I will definitely make this part of my restaurant rotation!

Just tried this new Vietnamese restaurant in the Gilbert SanTan Village area and it’s a great addition. The pork chop was excellent—super flavorful and cooked perfectly. All of the soups were solid and comforting, the kind you can tell are made with care. Prices were really reasonable, and the place is small but cozy, with a very family-friendly vibe. Definitely worth checking out!

I had an amazing meal at HuDa Phở. The broth was incredibly flavorful, rich, and perfectly balanced — you can really taste the quality and care that goes into every bowl. The noodles were fresh, the meat was tender, and the portions were generous.
The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. They made the whole experience even better.
If you’re looking for authentic, delicious Vietnamese phở, HuDa Phở is definitely one of the best. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Pleasantly surprised to find tasty pho in Phoenix for an affordable price! The Pork Egg Rolls were also crispy and tasted authentic. 3 Bowls of Pho and 1 Order of Egg Rolls came out to about $50. Will definitely be back for a Vietnamese fix!

First time dining here and the food was delicious! It’s hard to find good pho, and this place delivered. The service was friendly, but after taking our order, no one checked in to see if we needed anything or brought the check to the table that’s why I gave service 3 stars but the food was on point !!Overall, a great experience.

Was passing through the shopping center and saw this restaurant with a GRAND OPENING sign, so I decided to stop in. The restaurant was clean and had great music playing. My server Veronica was super sweet and was quick to answer my questions about the menu. I settled on a Vietnamese coffee for my drink and HOLY SMOKES was it good. Literally one of the best I’ve had. For lunch I ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls and brisket pho. The pho broth was delicious before
I added any off the toppings/sauces and it hit the spot. My only mild complaint was that the brisket pieces were a little fatty; however, the amount of meat included in the bowl kind of made up for it. I will definitely come back and I’m so happy there is another pho spot close to home.

Such a delicious pho spot right here in Gilbert. Everything was so flavorful and comforting, and the service was genuinely great. We were so happy to find a place this good so close to home that we came two days in a row. Definitely a new favorite.

I was so excited about a new pho place by me, but it was really disappointing. I came right when they opened at 10am and I asked if they can to a Togo order, the gal said yes.
Sadly, I wish they would tell me the truth that they were not prepared because my hot and spicy broth taste like pho broth but with a lot of chilli oil. The noodle they gave me was for the vermicelli dish not the big noodles that it suppose to come with. So sad, because I work at a nail salon so it would be good advertising for them, but all

Very welcoming and got our order out quickly. Ordered the simply pho with beef broth and steak. The broth had great flavor and everything tasted delicious including the chicken egg rolls. Definitely need to come back and have another meal here.

We got the special combination pho. The soup tasted like msg. And by the time we mixed with the clump of noodles, the soup was cloudy and tasted less clean.
The meats smell and tasted strange especially the tendon. The bean sprouts were not cleaned – it had the strings at the end.
I wished they charged more like other restaurants but provided fresher ingredients. And I hope they do better as it’s a nice location and seems like a nice family business.
