Our bartender was very nice and friendly! She even offered to fill up my water bottle for me! I appreciated that a lot! The fun feature they offer is drinks to go as well! We had one drink while sitting there and took a second to have on the plane! A fun option to have!
The only dinged here are the prices. Otherwise it’s a great spot to grab a drink and bite to eat while waiting for or getting off a flight!

If you’re looking for a meal that actually tastes like it’s from a top-tier Chicago kitchen while you’re on the go, this is a must-visit spot at O’Hare
The hostess was really lovely and nice to talk to. Our server was decent at best. Super annoying when you’re trying to like enjoy family time and go on vacation so you’re not on a huge time constraint and the server comes over and says hey do you mind paying you’re my last table and I want to head out. I mean it’s really in bad taste. She also seemed more interested in chatting with the other servers than actually serving. Also, I usually tip over 20% but I was super annoyed that a gratuity was added for our “party of 6” when 4 of them were children under 10. I didn’t tip extra because I dont even know if she deserved the 20% after that trip.
2 cocktails also cost us 39, which is just asinine. Honestly, I would save your money and hit the Dunkin next door.
Management need to know that the service is absolutely horrible. We were told it was a 30 minute wait. No problem. Our table was ready in 30 mins. We sat down and waited 10 minutes before anyone even came over to get drink orders. We ordered drinks and chips and salsa. 4 of the 5 drinks came out over a 15 time frame. The last drink was delivered AFTER the food was delivered because we had to prompt the waitress that she forgot it.
We waited at least 45 minutes for the food to come out
.. Including the chips and salsa. There were 3 burgers ordered at medium and as you can see from the photo that’s not what came out. But at this point our plane was boarding and we had to just deal with it.
To note other things I witnessed while waiting. I counted 5 parties that walked away never to be seated because no one was attending the hostess stand. And those that seated themselves…..Just sat never to be served.
2 servers shifts ended during our time there and replacements never showed up.
Don’t waste your money or time here.
