I come here all the time and never have any complaints.Today I visited and was given a watered down tea, so I asked for another one and was handed the same cup. I then just asked for another flavor since I assumed that batch just needed to be dumped completely.
When I asked politely for another flavor the lady at the window slammed it shut and threw my straw at it. Once she returned I told her that wasn’t necessary I was never polite and understanding, and would have happily settled for another flavor. She proceeded to slam the window again and walk off.
Very disappointing behavior to experience.

I’ve been to many locations. This store is a little smaller than most of the ones I’ve been to. They have various sweet and non sweet teas. They also carry a sugar-free sweet tea. The store is clean, but the floors are very sticky. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

What a great find! I am so impressed with how fun and cute this store is I never knew there was so much to tea and coffee! They have so many options and they make it really fun with how you can taste test the teas. They are delicious. Reyna was our server and she really made our experience extraordinary! Highly recommend and I’ll be back for sure.

I have only been here a handful of times, but I love the options this place has and the way the teas/drinks taste! Not boring or basic and makes me intrigued to check out the app to see what new flavors etc. are featured! I got the cherry lemonade refresher today and it was AMAZING along with the peach lip balm! <3
