Fantastic addition to Gardner and glad to see them going strong. We love getting our weekly gallon or two here and it’s less expensive than buying Lipton bottles or other options most places. Quality is always good. It’s fun to splurge every now and then trying some of their flavors – but we watch our sugar so not often. They also serve coffee, which is good quality, but we wish they were a bit faster to make. Owners are great too, really nice folks who hire great young women and men to help run the store.

I recently visited this new tea shop, and it has quickly become my go-to spot! They have tea and coffee. The owner is incredibly personable and genuinely cares about his employees, which adds such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The store itself is beautiful, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design. So far, I’ve tried three different drinks, and every single one has been exceptional. I really hope Gardner supports this amazing local business – it absolutely deserves it. Thanks for bringing your talent and passion to Gardner. You’ve gained a loyal customer!

I called ahead to see about services and Mark and Chloe were amazing and accommodating to make our huge water haul successful, like we used to in Texas. For all who don’t know yet, this is the best water in the gosh darn universe and my young children even comment on the taste. HTeaO is our favorite family treat and are overjoyed to find one here, Thanks Y’all!

I love the tea here and snacks here! I normally go through the drive-thru; sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. There is one woman who works in the drive-thru often in the morning/mid-afternoon who most of the time gives me a negative experience. She sounds very upset when greeting me as a customer, and it’s as if she doesn’t care about giving customers a positive experience. I talked to some of my friends who are regulars at HTeaO, and they notice the same things. Overall a negative mood, and doesn’t make my experience worth-while.

Got the Blueberry Green tea and the Georgia Peach tea. Both were absolutely delicious. Lots of flavors, and they let you take small samples to try before you buy. Very kind and respectful staff. I’m super happy to have them join us here in Gardner. I’m excited to try some of their coffee, but honestly, so far, I’m impressed. They are going to make a wonderful addition to Gardner.

The place has quick service and great drinks even good to stop by when it’s freezing outside ! I think my only complaint would be is I don’t think happy hour prices work over the app.

Very weird interactions with employees. Went through the drive thru. The girl taking our order seemed confused/ didn’t seem to understand. When we got up to the window we asked to have the order repeated just to make sure it was correct. The guy at the window looked at us like we were crazy. Got the order & it was wrong. I went inside to explain we got the wrong order. The girl at the counter cut me off mid sentence + told me I was wrong and needed an upcharge (which I would have paid, I just wanted the correct drink that I ordered?? Like why would that change what I ordered??) I explained my order again. She looked at me and sighed then told someone else to make the correct order. Needless to say, listening to an order and asking questions must be hard lol I’ll just go inside from now on as I didn’t know you could just make your own. I’ll continue to go because the drinks are good but some better customer service is definitely needed.
