Unfortunately, our New Year’s Eve dinner at this restaurant was a major disappointment and in no way lived up to the occasion or the very high price of €125 per person.
From the beginning, the service was chaotic and unprofessional. The waiter appeared very confused, pouring wine for the wrong person and setting the table at places where no one was actually seated. When it came to serving wine, there was also a clear lack of basic service skills: glasses were consistently overfilled, and the waiter was unable to properly distribute a single bottle among five people (maybe to sell us more).
To make matters worse, one of us got served the wrong appetizer. Despite asking several times where our food was, we waited nearly two hours for the appetizer, each time being told that it would “not take much longer,” which unfortunately was never true.
In total, it took three and a half hours to serve three courses, which is unacceptable even on New Year’s Eve — especially when guests are continuously misled with empty promises.
What was particularly disappointing was the handling of feedback. The waiter showed zero interest in our criticism, did not engage with it at all, and appeared completely indifferent. There was no sense of professionalism or willingness to address the issues.
As for the food itself, it was decent but far from exceptional and absolutely not justified given the high price. For a New Year’s Eve menu at this level, expectations are understandably much higher.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and a poor way to spend New Year’s Eve. A restaurant charging prices like this should deliver a significantly higher standard of service and quality.

Horrible experience, the waiter was not friednly, didn’t allow us to keep a cake that I brought for my friend’s birthday. The steak was the worst in my life. We went there through fine bite application with 50% discount but meat there just not worth even a zloty. Looked like they dont like anyone coming from that app. The meat was hard to chew and not good quality. And for side dish which was oven baked potatoes literally 6 small half pieces. Won’t ever go again and won’t recommend to anyone

Service was top notch, the waiter was very fast, polite and professional. The food itself was tasty too. We took 2 steaks and 2 sides. My tenderloin steak was soft and juicy I recommend.
Also, interior is beautiful and expensive, the summer terrace is available.

Get yourself down here. Fantastic! I wasn’t sure at first as we were sat in a back room and it was too quiet for me. Yet it soon livened up. All was good, staff excellent and steak was perfect !

They have good meat but they served it cold and made us wait for an hour before bringing the starters… might have been because we went around Christmas and it was busy.
To not get surprised, the decoration includes sculptures of naked women.

A fine place for dinner. Everything was very good and tasty and the wine was fitting very well with the rest of the order. The place is very nice and warm atmosphere. Kind and always helpful service. Of course the prices are a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. Overall, it is worth visiting.

I had dinner at pimiento in Krakow a couple of days ago and was hoping for similar quality and atmosphere but I was disappointed. Terrible meat, full of fat, so chewy and so hard to cut. I requested for medium well and got it so undercooked. I asked for a lean piece of meat and was recommended their tenderloin but it had so much fat. The entrecôte was even worse. As for the atmosphere the waiters seem like they are so stressed out and running between tables and the bar. One of the waiters was packing food for another table infront of customers instead of in the kitchen. As we entered there was nobody to greet us we just stood there for a good 2 minutes before somebody came. It was just a mess and I don’t recommend this restaurant at all. I’m trying to think of anything good maybe the mashed potatoes but that was after I added some salt and pepper to them. I was craving delicious steak and with only 2 days left for me in Warsaw ( on vacation ) it’s a huge waste when I could have tried somewhere else. The ratings on this place are very misleading.
