Located in Brewhalla, this place has a lot of potential.

The menu is solid here with some clear wins. The Togarashi tots were absolutely fire and easily the highlight of the meal. Crispy, well-seasoned, and something I’d order again without hesitation.

Unfortunately, the noodle dish itself fell short. I ordered the Basic B Hot Noodles with chicken dashi, chicken thigh, soft egg, citrus, greens, and pickles. The chicken was rubbery, the broth was lukewarm and very transparent, and the dish was topped with cold carrots and greens, which further dropped the overall temperature. The result was a bowl that felt unfinished and lacked the comforting warmth you expect from hot noodles.

The dish was served with standard plastic cutlery and no proper broth spoon, which made eating noodles and soup awkward and out of place for the style of food being served.

There’s potential here, and parts of the menu clearly work, but consistency and execution need attention. With better temperature control, properly cooked protein, and basic tableware upgrades, this could be much stronger.

Had the pork belly ramen and sweet potato tater tots. It was very good. I added some spice to the ramen as there wasn’t much originally.

I finally went to check out Brewhalla and we chose to eat at house of Noods + Buns. We chose to order multiple items so we could sample different items. The hot Haute noodles were the best item, and the chicken was delicious. We tried the dirty buns, and they were mediocre. I feel like something was missing. We also ordered the homemade dumplings, and they were yummy. We also tried the special, which was a cold noodle salad. I don’t recall the name, but that was delicious as well. The food is artistic and eclectic.

Genuinely the worst smattering of cold ramen I’ve ever had the pleasure of being charged $16 to hate every second of…

The Hot Haute somehow had burnt chicken and freezing cold eggs stacked on top of about 1/4 inch of broth. Was really worth the $16. I wanted just get my money back but was genuinely embarrassed for the people serving it.

I got some of the vegetarian options and they were not very good at all. It was a 14 dollar noodle dish; and the broth was horrible (almost flavorless), and the serving size was the smallest I have ever seen at a noodle shop. I guess the mushroom buns were alright, but they weren’t anything crazy. They were also very pricey. The workers were super cool, and the environment was nice, which is the only reason I won’t give a 1 star review.

My new go-to lunch spot. The Hot Haute ramen bowl is now the first thing that pops into my head when I hear the word ‘lunch’. And if I’m feeling fun, I’ll take advantage of the lunch special and pair it with a Saved By The Buoyancy of Citrus, one my favorite Drekker beers.

Ordered the soup…it was pretty much hot dirty sink water with pepper flakes. I tried to add soy sauce for some flavor but didn’t help at all. Tasteless and a waste of money. Even the pork belly was dry and pork belly is a fatty piece of meat! We tried to give them another chance when we went to Brewhalla again but there wasn’t anyone tending the stand and the floor was a mess. Would NOT recommend.

I didn’t actually eat here. I researched Brewhalla online before coming and this place really spoke to me. I’ve eaten at similar places and really loved the food. Got to the counter at the restaurant and no one was there. 5 minutes later someone walked up and said “just so you know we close in 30 minutes”. Not a hey how are you or a how can I help you. From his attitude and tone of voice I could tell he really didn’t want to help me. So I ordered food somewhere else. I’ll try again some other day. I typically like this type of food and want to try it out.

I loved this spot. Excellent noodles and broth. I also loved the flavor and the tasty crust on the chicken.

Food wasn’t great and the service was severely lacking. Came in and the woman working was very nice, but had no knowledge of the menu when I asked questions (it was my first time eating there.) She had only tried 1 or 2 items, and when I asked her to describe the latke ramen, she said it had broth like a regular ramen and a veggie fritter/latke on top. So I ordered the latke ramen and the togarashi tots, and she said I could expect my food in 10-15 minutes. I ended up having to wait 35 minutes for my food, and I was the only person in line when I went (except for a guy who came after me and got his food before me…) I literally sat and watched the woman leave the area, then no one came back for ages. I kept thinking, who is going to prepare my food?! Then a woman with bright red hair came and took the other guys order, and spent the next 20 minutes leaving the counter and coming back multiple times. Finally after 35 minutes my food was done (my boyfriend had already received his food from Unicorn Park and I encouraged him to eat without me, he was halfway done by the time I got my food.) Guess how surprised I was when my food was done on the counter, and the Latke Ramen was an ice cold, soggy mess at the bottom of a bunch of veggies. Without a doubt the nastiest thing ever. The woman who initially took my order was very nice, but incredibly misinformed on the menu. The togarashi tots on the other hand were good. I waited around for like 1/2 an hour to talk to someone at the stand to let them know I wasn’t satisfied and to give some feedback, but nobody ever came back to the stand. There literally wasn’t anyone there I could talk to about a refund, a redo, or give any feedback to even if I wanted to. Very poor service, and not great food. Hoping they fix these issues because I think the concept is very fun and I was so excited and hopeful about this spot.
