First impressions from getting take out I was thoroughly impressed. I’m an Asian person so I do take Chinese cuisine very seriously, haha. The food here is phenomenal. Most other places give you greasy, overly sweet food. All of my fried foods were dried correctly and still had a crunch several hours later. Soups were pretty decent. My side of vegetable rice was so flavorful. Chicken wings were crisp, yet tender!! House lo mein is amazing. Duck sauce was just right, sweet but not too sweet. Overall, very satisfied with this restaurant. Definitely one of the best around the area. Take the chance and order, you won’t regret it. I cannot wait to eat inside!

Surprised at the high class atmosphere. Elegant music playing the smell if deliciousness in the air. Nice decorations and friendly service. I was expecting good chinese food as I now live in Maine and the flavors are not the same as Massachusetts Chinese food. I was surprised when I began to eat that this food I’d have to describe as gourmet, different than what I expected but 100% delicious. I ate here with my son whom is as much of a food critic as myself and he was more than satisfied even before the food arrived. He noticed the elegance in the atmosphere the music, the guest the decor. We didn’t want the shrimp on the pupu platter because we don’t usually like the batter. After being served we noticed the shrimp had a panko type breading instead of the breading of a chicken finger which was surprisingly delicious. We absolutely loved it and would recommend it to anyone that wants a great experience.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was polite. I grabbed some food to go. The Singapore noodles were absolutely delicious! Flavors were on point, and there was a nice kick. I also really liked the flavors of the chicken wings. I usually don’t review wings when I get them to go, but the flavors held up perfectly. The egg roll was perfect! The hot and sour soup was solid. Could use a dash of sesame oil. I would have given a five, but the teriyaki was very tough. It was a very thick cut of meat. You really needed a knife and fork to eat it. It also had just a sweet flavor to it. I know that it’s a fusion restaurant. However, it would have been nice to see lobster sauce on the menu. That is a staple in Massachusetts. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely go back.

My husband and I live in the Pawtucket area and are very satisfied with the Chinese food. It took us a long time to find the house of Fortune. The vegetable rice has so much different vegetables ! it’s very flavorful!! It stands out and is set apart from other restaurants. Everything we’ve tried has been really good!! I am very picky so this is a lot coming from me!

I dined in yesterday with my boyfriend, and the food was amazing. I got the Chicken and Broccoli with Chicken Rice Soup and my boyfriend ordered Garlic Chicken with Chicken Rice Soup and it was very tasty for both of us. The service could use some work though. From the moment we got there the waitress asked us what we wanted right away as we sat down. Then after going to the bathroom she asked me again and I asked to give us more time as my boyfriend went to the bathroom, and then as soon as he came back she asked us what we want. I felt really rushed and uncomfortable and ordered at that point but I really wish we were given more time to decide. At the end of the meal I felt like it was a rush to get us out even though there were still 15-20 minutes until close. Not sure what was going on but I think for a dine-in it should be a more relaxed environment so people can enjoy their time there. The service I got was more suitable for a take-out only place. So I don’t recommend dining in. Take-out is probably the way to go. Food was 10/10 though.

Most of the food was good but the chicken fingers were so bad they distracted from the rest of the meal. There was so much breading along with an overwhelming spice. Very odd for a plain chicken finger. They were inedible actually. Disappointing since I always hear good things about this place.

I got the salt and pepper calamari appetizer. To make it be enough food, I ordered 2 of them with an order of rice. Now this is a different take than what I’m used to on salt and paper calamari; the vegetables and calamari pieces were bigger and very flavorful. I think I like this take on it. I recommend it!
