The reviews looked great, so we were excited to try this place. We were seated right away, which was a nice start. A younger waitress came over immediately and was incredibly sweet and helpful. She told us she wouldn’t be our official server but would help us in the meantime, and she got our drinks right away.
Unfortunately, our actual waitress never came to check on us. After waiting for quite a while, the original wonderful waitress came back, apologized, and said she would just take our order herself—which we really appreciated.
After that, we waited about 35 minutes with no one checking on us, no refills, and no updates. Finally, our assigned waitress came over, briefly apologized, and said the food would be out shortly. She didn’t ask if we needed anything else.
Another 10 minutes passed for a total of 45 minutes, and our order—just chicken wings and a small bowl of jambalaya—finally came out. A few minutes later, the waitress came back and said, “Hope the food was worth the wait.” Unfortunately, it wasn’t.
Overall, it was a disappointing first experience. The only bright spot was the first waitress, who was amazing and truly did her best to help us. We really wish she had been our server the whole time.

This was my first time here! I came all the way from Broward because I heard the gift shop got some more cool merch so I thought this was the perfect time to finally dine in. My server, Summer, had such exceptional customer service and gave us such an enjoyable/peaceful experience. The bartender, Becky, made me such an amazing cocktail; I only wish it was on the menu! Will definitely be returning. Thanks again for giving me & my party such a great day!

Friendly hostess staff! We had reservations but at the time they were not very busy. Quick to be seated. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Quick service and food was spot on. Atmosphere is well themed. The area is well kept and clean! Easy to find parking near by. Did not get a chance to get pictures of food to hungry at the time!

This was my favorite restaurant on Disney springs. I can’t wait to come back the view the scenery, the smell, the atmosphere. The cool idea of the whole restaurant is top notch with me. The drinks were fabulous. The artichoke dip was 10 out of a 10 and so was the surf and turf.

We came here on a whim from a Groupon deal, and let me tell you, this is hands down some of the best food I’ve had in Orlando. I would be happy to pay full price to come back here again whenever we visit next. The meats were cooked perfectly and the Mac and cheese was about as homestyle as you’d get at a restaurant (super cheesy and soooo good). The fries weren’t really worth getting as a side, but I would recommend the mashed potatoes! For a dry mashed potato (no butter), these are the most flavorful and best I’ve ever tried. It doesn’t need butter!
We took the desserts to go, but they weren’t not our preference. I’m sure others would like it more (we are not big on cake/pie), it just came with our Groupon so we got them anyways. I am not a red meat/BBQ kind of person, but if we had brisket like this where I’m from, I would be!! Overall I really really recommend this place

Excellent food, excellent serivce, excellent music. Great place for Saturday brunch. Our server, Isaias, was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the Chicken and Donuts and it was amazing, highly recommend. I really liked the live music, great songs and it wasn’t too loud. Will definitely be returning whenever in the area.

Easy to find place, we had reservations for 7:10. PMy a We all got cocktails, an app, and an entree. My BlackBerry Mojito was so fresh and delicious. The espresso martini was well-made. The blackened salmon was INCREDIBLE and everyone else enjoyed their meals. Our server was talkative and friendly even though he was busy. Service was fast and effective. Of course a little pricey because of location but overall a great destination I would come again.

My jambalaya was amazing! Hands down the best jambalaya I’ve ever had. Our server, Pierre, was attentive, kept our drinks filled, and provided excellent service! Our food was cooked to perfection, flavors blending to create a masterpiece in our mouths. We made a reservation through the Disney app and got right it. We will do this again!

Great venue. I’d suggest they do a better option of communicating seating options for concerts and the Fast Pass Lane as well. I also did not know about the VIP or the Meet and Greet.
