We had never been here before. We are from out-of-state on a family road trip.
We sat staring at the menu for awhile until someone came out to help us. We took ages and we were so weird but they were patient and friendly and very helpful. The food is delicious!!!
The special sauce has a little pickle juice in it and it yummy! We got an orange Lady and I gave my husband a hard time about ordering a large until I tasted it and I wished we got a bigger size.
Honestly the prices are great. The servings are great. The food is delicious. The service is friendly and helpful. 10/10 experience. We’ll have to swing by again.

Friendly staff but half the time we come here our burgers our under cooked and our sides aren’t fried all the way even though the weight is usually 20/30 minutes I wouldn’t have posted a negative review but this keeps happening and there aren’t many options in this town

Ordered at 6:15 didn’t get out food until 7:10 and it was after 40 minutes we asked for it to be to go and she said told us our food still hadn’t been put on the grill. Mind you I ordered drinks and three shakes and it took 35 minutes for DRINKS and SHAKES and we had a place to go so at 7 we asked for a refund on the food and then they told us our food was going to be ready in 4 minutes so we waited another 10 minutes for our food. Not happy with the manager because she was in the bathroom for 20 minutes because she walked into the bathroom 10 minutes after we ordered and clocked her and she was in there for 20 minutes. She also acted surprised when we told her we had been waiting since 6:15. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE!!

Good old fashioned burger joint. This place has that small town vibe. You can’t find better food or better service. They have dine in and a drive thru, and curbside dining. If I may make a suggestion try the Burger Baron, or the famous Pink Lady! The restaurant is always clean and well kept, the food is amazing. They take call in orders. Cash or card. You just can’t go wrong with the Frosty Palace!

Looking at the other comments, it seems i managed to accidentally avoid all the sticky spots and had a fantastic time here. We walked up and picked up outside the window, and they were super friendly. I got the baron burger with cheese. I did upgrade to a basket, which just adds fries. But they were pretty good fries. The burger was awesome, the best kind of messy and delicious. My friend got some chicken blt thing that looked good. And they gave us lots of napkins! I dont think the drivethru moved the whole time we were there, but the window was quick. Its a place for a greasy bite (in a good way), not Michelin Star fine dining. I loved it and will definitely be back.

Sat in line for over an hr to finally have our order taken for it to not even have made it back inside, by the time we made it to the window. Sat at the window for at least another 10 minutes to receive 2 mediocre milkshakes and banana cup. Definitely not worth the $22. Better off driving to sonic
