These treats are incredible.
I was looking to get an edible Christmas gift and in my search, HB came up. After scrolling their instagram and seeing these crazy little creations – I decided I needed to gift a macaron subscription. There are so many different macarons I didn’t want my giftee (or myself!) to miss out. I want to try them all. How crazy does that sound? I’m subscribed to macarons. It’s the wildest thing because even with the subscription I can’t get enough and end up buying another dozen plus every time I’m in the shop if they aren’t sold out!
Not only are these fantastically made in presentation, but they have the taste to back it up. I almost feel bad eating them.
Get them as a gift for someone else and make sure to save a couple for yourself. You will be jealous watching other people eat the art.

My first interaction was reaching out to this lovely company asking for help with a donation for the Monroe HS baseball banquet. Lisa was so kind and generously donated some of her amazing macarons without hesitation.
I was so impressed by the customer service and quality that I placed an order for my upcoming anniversary. Lisa, again reach out quickly with all the information and details I needed for a successful order. On top of that she opened her store on a day she is usually closed just so we could pick up our order on the actual anniversary!
We loved every bit of what we received and will order again. Lisa provided a small town feel with the kindest most impeccable customer service.

I reached out to House Balthazar about putting together a macaron Advent calendar for my wife. The owner, Lisa, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She put together 24 different macarons for me, taking into account my wife’s favorite flavors. All throughout the process, Lisa was super easy to work with and kept up great communication. My wife ended up loving all 24 macarons! I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
