This was my first time here. In town from Fort Worth, tx for work. I googled entertainment and this place showed up. Looked decent. When I walked in I was surprised to see slot machines in the back. Gambling is illegal in Texas so im not used to that lol. But the atmosphere was great. Pool, darts and tv’s all over the place. Just felt comfortable, ya know? Lacy was my server and she was absolutely amazing. She was upfront in telling me the kitchen was a little short, but I got everything I wanted in what I considered to be a reasonable amount of time. So kudos to the guys in the back for hustling. I had 3 of the beers of the month. I dont remember what it was called but it was really good. I had the mini tacos with your queso and that was great. Definitely a good way to start dinner. My main course was the MVP build your own smash burger. I asked what the woody Bread was and I shit you not its a freaking grilled cheese sandwich as the top bun. I got it with sautéed mushrooms, peppers and onions. Probably the best burger I’ve ever had. My experience tonight? 100% on point. Thank you for making this texan feel at home here in Missouri.

I think the bartenders are so nice personally. They always are very accommodating and usually are so friendly although it does get busy and they get stretched pretty thin some days. Always have smiles on their face, especially Savannah, Savanah , Angel, Morgan, and Bethany. They all should get a raise for real . The barbacks are amazing too. Coolest people youll meet. And this is not biased i swear.

I just left Hotshots Wentzville, I went up there with a group to watch some of the games and oh my was it a great experience!! The atmosphere was incredible and so fun! The drinks and food were fantastic as well! The managers were helpful with switching the games! However, the highlight of our visit hands down goes to our waitress Lacy! She was outstanding!! We were a very picky group to say none the less and she was on the ball for every single thing we needed. No mistakes, and fast execution time anytime we asked her for anything! (Which was a lot) she was extremely present and attentive which means a for our group. It was amazing to have such a sweet and personable waitress who worked so hard!! We will definitely be back to see Lacy for future game times!!! Thank you hotshots Wentzville, and your amazing staff

I came in to sit at the bar last night and have a few drinks, and one of the bartenders, Paige, absolutely blew me away. She was warm, outgoing, and incredibly attentive—our drinks were made quickly and perfectly every time. When I found out it was her first time training behind the bar, I was genuinely shocked. She carried herself with the confidence and skill of someone who’d been doing this for years. Paige is going to be an outstanding bartender and a truly valuable addition to the team! I will be back to see her when she is officially a bartender!

Savannah took a complex food order at 10 pm on a monday night. She delivered it perfectly, as always. Her dedication to customer service is top notch. Definitely the place and person to watch sunday night football with. (She’s great on sundays too) She was even training Paige tonight, and they both were fun and cheerful.

I recently visited Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill in Wentzville, MO, for the first time, genuinely excited to see what is promoted as the largest Hotshots location.
The facility itself is impressive—spacious, filled with interesting sports memorabilia, multiple pool tables and dart boards, and plenty of TVs for sports fans.
Unfortunately, my experience as a first-time customer was extremely disappointing. As someone who enjoys sharing unique places on social media, I took some photos and videos of the venue’s decor, games, and setup.
I was soon confronted by a patron claiming to be a regular, questioning why I was documenting the atmosphere.
Shortly after, I was informed—incorrectly—that I was filming staff members, though my focus was entirely on the building, its features, and the entertainment areas.
At no point did I photograph or record employees.
What troubled me most was how the staff handled the situation.
Multiple employees approached me about the filming, and one of them (who appeared to be off duty and sitting at the bar with a drink) confronted me directly.
This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a guest simply enjoying what the business advertises.
I strongly believe that social media and photography are commonplace in today’s hospitality industry and should be expected, especially when focusing solely on the venue and not individuals.
On a positive note, I want to mention that my server, Sarah, provided excellent service and was the highlight of my visit.
She was prompt, courteous, and attentive, and I made sure to show my appreciation with a generous tip.
Sadly, the poor customer service and lack of professionalism from other staff and patrons left a very negative impression. I hope management will consider updating employee training on customer interactions, especially regarding guests who are simply enthusiastic to share their experience.
Overall, the atmosphere and amenities are impressive, but the treatment I received was unacceptable and overshadowed what could have been a great visit.

I came in with a decent sized group Saturday for lunch, and I just wanted to say Paige our server did absolutely amazing so much that me and my family are still talking about our experience there. She got pretty busy but never seemed to show a struggle and was still coming to our table to check on us with a smile. Drinks were steadily filled and our food was hot! We go to other restaurants that really struggle with our group if it gets slightly busy and she just did amazing! Great restaurant to come to with such an amazing server!

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Paige at Hot Shots Bar in Wentzville, and she was phenomenal. Despite how busy the bar was, Paige went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of all afternoon. She was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional—my glass never ran empty, and her ability to balance the needs of every guest truly stood out. You could feel her positive energy resonate across the bar, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
Her exceptional service is the reason I’ll be coming back, and I’ll be recommending Hot Shots to friends specifically because of the experience Paige provided. She’s a true asset to the team!
