Took a while to get service because there was only one waitress; however, once seen the service wasn’t bad, can be improved upon, but not bad. The food was pretty good, made correctly, but the waiting time was a tad bit longer than I was expecting. The atmosphere… needs work… it needs to be more modernized, it seems stuck in the late 80’s and early 2000’s. Not very much to look at, but it is an inviting place.

This is the first time I have been to HotShots Sports Bar and Grill. I had a great time. I went during happy hour, which means they discounted food and drinks. Wings are only $4 for a 6 piece with a variety of sauces and / or dry rubs. We played pool which is a dollar a game. They also have lots of tv sports, darts, arcade games and a covered outdoor porch area. I recommend HotShots if you are trying to go play some pool and have a good time watching sports. Fast service and very friendly waitress.

I had the best service here last saturday! Our server, December, was SO nice and attentive! It’s so hard to find a server that genuinely cares about the service to her customers! She brought out our food very efficiently and has an amazing personality 🙂 I will definitely be asking for her next time 🙂

I just wanted everyone to know that Trinity is the most best , friendly, well spoken and very professional young lady, and waitress. Everytime me n my dad come in ither to eat or play poker, she’s the best. Don’t want any other waitress. She knows exactly what me and my dad want to eat and drink everytime. Smiling everytime I see her even when the day or night is not going well still a smile on her face. I do and wish I can get the recognition to have her as a waitress, to everyone that I know and see.
Oh one main thing even in poker games she’s on it knows everyone and everything, refills So she deserves an rasie and all the hours she wants. Good job to Hotshots for hiring the most friendliest person and friend.

Server brought us 3 beers but charged for four. She refused to take it off the tab after we told her, stating that she brought four. It was only four bucks, but we knew what we ordered.

Knowledgeable about the whole menu and kept the beers flowin’. Even wings with our burgers – appreciate the fire service, fam! Trinity is workin’, you know it’s gonna be a good night.”

This is supposed to be a Green Bay Packers bar! I drove 35 minutes to join our friends to watch the playoff game. Our friends go there regularly to watch Green Bay football. They informed us that the service is very slow. The place was packed full! We finally got our server and she told us that she had to go in the back to get a manager to help with the drink orders. Management should have been prepared for a Green Bay playoff game. Our table had to order another drink when our newest drink was delivered to get drinks on time. There isn’t a beer list on website and no beer list available in the bar or on the menu? Has to be the Only current USA sports bar chain still open to do this?
When we went to order some food, our server said the kitchen was closed! I been going to sports bars for years and I have never heard this! That is ridiculous. Hot shots has turned into a domestic beer low class trash bar chain.

Orders a few different items they were all good. I really enjoyed the house tacos they taste like a better jack In the box taco. The pizza I got was a 9″ personal pizza with pepperoni and it was better than expected the sauce is very good and really shines.

This is the only Hotshots me and my friends go to. The vibe here is just different (in the best way) from any other Hotshots. The food is amazing, service is quick, and bartenders are attentive. They make amazing drinks and the drinks here are always so cheap. I paid $21 for 4 shots.. this is extremely cheap considering anywhere else that price would be doubled. This is the only place we go to to pregame before a long night out!
