Very relaxed environment, clean and never super crowded. The employees were very nice and they will help you with whatever they can! the food is amazing and I would say that this is in the top 3 best pizza in the Indianapolis area! I stopped by because I was coming home from Walmart and wanted to grab something before I got home, I ordered a small thin crust and I was only planning on having 2 of the slices and saving the rest but once I started eating that pizza I didn’t stop until the whole pizza was gone but it was worth it! Stop in and see for yourself I was glad I did and you’ll be glad you did too!

Not only was our PICKUP order 45 minutes late (which we ordered hours ahead of time), when we asked for resolution they all but walked us out the door with zero regard for how much they wasted our time and interruption for our night.
The disregard the manager had after we tried multiple times to politely ask for resolve of our non existing food was beyond disrespectful.
There’s no wonder this location has terrible service and execution, can’t keep it staffed with a manager that rude
Edit- have emailed multiple times to the person below and have had no response. Saving face but not actually doing anything to fix the problem.

Breadsticks and cheese are top tier and the pizza is delicious. Dough is perfectly crisped and it’s not swimming in sauce with the perfect amount of toppings. The vibe is super chill and cool too

Worst pizza I’ve ever had… the dough wasn’t even cooked it’s just mostly melted cheese. I waited 10 minutes and got something i can’t even eat. Now my lunch hour is over and i wasted money. Would you eat this? the dough is soggy. Is it safe to eat raw dough?

I thought it would be quick and easy to get a lunch box – a slice and a salad today. I went to the 96th street location and was the only customer there. I waiting for a long time to be acknowledged at the counter to a point where I put my debit card back in my wallet and almost walked out but, Someone came and took my order. My food seemed to take forever considering I was the only customer there. I took my food to go. When I sat down to eat I was pleasantly surprised to have extra cheese on my salad but began to realize it was just to cover up 27 banana peppers, old lettuce and a water filled bottom of the container. Pretty disappointed today. I probably won’t be back to this location though it’s closer to my office the drive to the other fishers location is well worth it.

When pizza was delivered they didn’t bother knocking or ringing the door bell. Literally looks like they threw the pizza on the porch and ran. All the toppings were to one side. When I tried to call the store my call was picked up and then I was hung up on before I could even say hello. Extremely disappointed that I wasted my money.

Ordered online and came in to pick up. Only one employee working, and she was on the phone with a customer. Never acknowledged that she saw me. Waited about 10min, when another employee walked out of the bathroom and straight to the prep area. Didn’t say a word to me or the guy that had just come in. Waited another 8-10 min and was handed my pizza. No speaking at all.
I’d rate it a lot lower, but the pizza was fantastic. This was our first time and the pizza is definitely worth the poor customer service!
