My partner and I stopped by here for a late lunch because I was craving Asian food. The staff are welcoming and efficient, the food we had was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was nice. It seems like a cozy neighborhood spot as I saw a lot of people stop by to chat with the staff there. The beef noodle stew and tan tan noodles had fantastic flavor. Definitely will be back to try other dishes!

This tasty Chinese restaurant is a great hole in the wall filled with locals. My highlight was the walnut shrimp. The shrimp were perfectly fried, not greasy and light. We also ordered the hot & sour soup and beef & broccoli. The code came out quickly and hot! Definitely recommend it if you wanted to dine in or take out.

Placed a To go order. Got home to find the bottom of the bag drenched in sauce. It was a mess. Not very pleased but the food was ok.

Great service and selection of food! Run by authentic Chinese people. They’re really nice, especially if you’re warm and open.

The Chinese food is very westernised and caters to the American palate, so it was just okay for us. Generally, all the dishes we ordered were quite thick and gloopy, but the taste was passable. My chow fun was decent and even had a slight wok-hei.
The menu is very simple. There is a lunch special that gets you a soup and your choice of protein and carbs. This special can also be ordered for dinner at a small additional fee, which is not bad, considering the fact that the mains alone are more expensive. If you want a complete meal, the special is a good deal. Huge portions, too, so you really won’t be lacking.
Service was polite and friendly.

I can’t really convey how much I love this place. The absolute nicest family run restaurant. The pot stickers are so unbelievably good. Such a fan of this place

Such a lovely hidden place! Portions are huge, prices are affordable, staff is so friendly!!!
Looked like all the dishes, whether rice or noodle dishes, can be made vegetarian.
My friend and I had lunch specials – combo of a soup (for us it was sweet and sour) and your choice of protein with rice or salad.
The sweet and sour soup was made with eggs so the lady kindly offered me to make a veggie soup for me, can you imagine?! So sweet! My tofu dish she said is vegan, no fish sauce or anything like that!
If you’re in the area I strongly suggest you stop by!

Hot Wok is a tiny, non-descript restaurant off the grid in a commercial-office neighborhood. It doesn’t look like much inside or out, but the service is good, the food good to fantastic, the prices reasonable and the food is serviced quickly and hot. They process a lot of take out orders for the lunch crowd when I visited.
The only downside; the dining area could use some updating….it is a bit dingy. Also, it is difficult to find street parking at lunchtime although the walk is not as far as it seems.

The food when dining in is 4.5 stars, just order the things you love most ☺️; service is really good and on top of things; I’ve been here multiple times. I was mildly disappointed by the scallop king pao it had more breading than scallop but other than that still tasty. As always “may your tastebuds be ever in your favor.”

We ordered delivery and got our food very quick. The bag was super hot and I had high hopes but unfortunately when eating I noticed a lot of the meat and vegetables were cold in the middle. This made me wonder if the food was just being reheated instead of cooked when ordered. The portion size was pretty big. We order the chicken corn soup which was very tasty. The beef chow main was good but this had many cold pieces of meat. The chicken fried rice was very bland. The string beans were also cold in the middle. The honey walnut shrimp was soggy, and lastly the Mongolian beef was a bit tough and also cold in the middle. I don’t know if this restaurant is better to eat while dining in but I was pretty disappointed on my takeout order with how expensive everything was.
