Fava lemon plates: Tasty dish, needs some tweaking. Fava to lemon ratio was 10 to 1. Add more lemon. Lemon pieces were cut big, should be smaller. Truck needs some tidiness and cleanliness.

Got an Escalop sub and a burger for the wife, with a side of fries.
Escalope flavor was good, but chicken was made from cheap chicken tenders, part of it was undercooked (almost raw), and the chicken was NOT real breaded escalop (if you’ve had a genuine escalop you’d know what I’m talking about), the bread was also a bit stale and hard to chew.
The burger was over sauced and it fell apart because of how soggy the bread was, the patty tasted like it was store-bought and didn’t have any seasoning.
Service was alright, the kitchen trailer looked very clean, however we weren’t greeted by the staff and only got a single response from the lady working in there.
We paid around $40 for these 3 items off the menu, kind of a shame to pay that much for a subpar meal.

We got a saj shawrama which was amazing then the box of meza which was $25 which is not worth it at all as you can see in this picture no one touched it we just tried and then immediately went in the trash it’s giving 3/10!!! And they just put spices on top nothing good i dont even know what spice is on top omg just trying to warn you people!!!!

The best of the best food I ever had, their food is top notch and the chef is one of a kind. Always has everything in check and service is 10/10. The burgers are and so is everything else on the menu. They are very clean and take their time to perfect your orders. I will definitely be going back again 🙂 as you guys should too!
