We had wanted something quick on the way home and found Charleys, easily the worst mistake we have made in a while. The staff dont care to clean the dining area, plenty of bugs to go around. We had to wait 45 minutes for our “fast food”. the 2 other people ahead of us had their orders completely wrong, and they were getting complaints on a phone call about another order they had messed up. The food wasn’t good either unless you really like stale bread and fries. (praying we dont get food poision).

The lobby was very bright with wintery decor, very nice to see. The cashier was friendly and reminded me about my points to use! Food was nice and fresh and they remembered my no onions which is always nice.

I Ordered The Chicken Philly, and asked to up grade my Fries to a Large. After looking in my box I was disappointed. And the young lady said oh that is a Large.. Damn if this a Large I hate to see how a small looks.. I’ve never come again Drivers you’re better off getting 2 Glizzy and keep it moving. Comm’on

Eat here if you want to get a food poisoning from their uncooked rare chicken! Worst charleys ever been, miserable staff. Expect to wait 20-30 minutes for your order . Close the restaurant if you cant operate it!

$13 for a “regular” cheesesteak. Can only pay with card in their little kiosk. Employees were more worried about their wings than helping a customer. Cheesesteak was tiny.

Had breakfast egg roll sandwich. The ladies were so nice and the tots were good. The egg, however, tasted like hints of chemical. Definitely man made or a lot of unnecessary extras in the egg solution. It was gross. The bread was good but I will stick with Pilot food at the bigger stops. Bring your own sugar for coffee!

Cold fries, sketchy wings, no marinara for cheese sticks. Food sat for about 10 minutes because the young guy was too interested in the pretty girl in the LJS kitchen. NO ICE IN 100° WEATHER!!!!!! Absolute bullshit place. It’s so pathetic that truck drivers can’t get a decent meal. I’m especially shocked because I’m in Texas.

Drove 10 miles, walk in and all of the employees are sitting in a booth playing Uno. Ask me if I’m paying with cash or card, card users order on a kiosk. I make my selection and try using my card to pay… the Tap option doesn’t work, try inserting option, doesn’t work, try sliding option DOESN’T WORK. All while the employees playing cards.
