Great New Mexican food. Fresh ingredients, chilies are ground on site. Good salsa and homemade chips, complimentary. Good sopapillas, yummy with honey. Good variety of menu items. Limited vegetarian options, but there’s a few labeled on the menu. Good portions and reasonable prices.

I definitely enjoyed the recommended traditional food (Chiles rellenos) with both red ang green sauces. The food was fresh, and it did not take long arrived. Definitely need 1.5 hrs to enjoy your stay there. Very, quiet atmosphere and staff was all very helpful. I will definitely stop by on another occasion. As for prices, expect about $20.00 per person meal. Plus or minus, depending on your drink.

Amazing dinner! All the 5 star reviews are spot on. From service to the food, everything was amazing. We ordered the Green Chile enchilada casserole with beans and rice. Also the shredded beef smothered burrito. Both delicious! Sopapillas were top 5 that I have ever had. We will be back when in town

Amazing experience from start to finish! Even with a packed house and lots of people, the service was surprisingly fast and still super friendly. The pricing is completely fair. And the food? Absolutely pristine, beautifully presented, and delicious—every bite was perfection. I’m already planning my next visit. I highly recommend this place—you won’t be disappointed!

So good!!! Best NM style enchiladas I’ve had in all of Albuquerque! I had the red enchiladas with carne and an egg on top. So spicy and good. My dad had the chicken tacos and he enjoyed them too. Crystal was awesome. The manager swung by too. Excellent service

A coworker and I stopped here for lunch after a conversation earlier that morning about tamales in general. The food came out super fast, and everything on the table was delicious, including the homemade fresh salsa. She got the tamales (not pictured) and I got the 3 taco combo. The sopaipillas were pillowy soft and delicious as ever. We were quite impressed with the amount of food for the cost.

Ordered Food for pick up , all was great . Got home and the Buenos rellenos I ordered tasted good , then about half way through it was not cooked all the way and I ended up sick . So ya wont be going here for a while. This is the first time in 10 years of coming here that this has happened.

Its not a fluke if it continues to happen . While this is my first bad experience here . It is far from the city’s first post about how the food is at this restaurant.
The only reason my family still comes here is because the Red sauce is identical to a now defunct restaurant in El Paso called La Palomas and my 87 year old dad is extremely particular about his food.

Most always the food you get there is really great. I got bacon there once that had been set out for probably a couple of hours and it was burnt and it was rubbery, and they immediately took care of the situation and had the cook, make new bacon. Besides that, I’ve never had a bad experience there. And I love to eat there. The food’s great

First time here and I’ll never return again. A customer fell in the dining area, laid there bleeding profusely, and never once did a manager come out to check on the person. As a matter of fact, they continued sitting and serving customers while all this was going on. Asked a server was there a manager and she said yes, he’s in the back. I’m sure I can find plenty of other restaurants with quality food that also care about the well being of their customers and not just the bottom line. Two things down and zero stars if possible.
