Let me tell you, parking here can be tough sometimes. I do recommend parking on the side street or the parking lot across the street.
We decided to come eat here after our run club. Everyone got pho which was good and my bf also got the Saltado Fries which he had no complaints about.
I also ordered the pork spring rolls. It was nice that they were able to remove the pork and just let it be shrimp. Other places don’t but this shows that everything they make here is fresh. Caution – the peanut sauce comes hot! I was so shocked when I tried it haha.
The ambiance and service of this place is good. They served us quickly and our food was nice and hot.

I’ve noticed most of the lower star reviews have been in the last three months. I was last here 8 months & 1 day as of writing this, so my impressions may not be the most up to date. I see most of the reviews have been about the poor customer service? When I was there, I didn’t have those issues. I wasn’t super hungry, because I had a pizza party to go to after this, but was really surprised that the portion size was fairly generous. Their noodle:meat:soup ratio was just right –I generally enjoy sips of broth with every bite, so plenty of broth was good. And it came out fairly quick –within 7 minutes of ordering.
I’m not here to discount any of the experiences everyone has had here recently. I hope management can take their suggestions seriously and make this place last. I met a special person and would like to remember this place as a place that gives hope and is filled with opportunities.

We ordered the ribeye pho with a side of oxtail and some eggrolls. We got our food so fast, and it was so fresh! The pho was so flavorful on its own, and the meat was so tender.

We decided to check out this restaurant since it’s been open for a while and expected their service to be smooth by now—but honestly, it’s not quite there yet, despite what some reviews say. The staff seemed like they didn’t really want to be there—maybe just a bad day, who knows.
The space itself is roomy, bright, and simply decorated with a modern touch, it just one girl didn’t give off a very welcoming vibe. Also, when we came in, there was no AC or even a fan running, so it felt kind of stuffy and humid.
As for the food, I’d give it a solid 8/10. The sauce for the salmon rice was delicious—flavorful and paired nicely with the salad. I had the shaken beef with fries. The beef was way too salty for my taste, and although their yellow rice was super fragrant and had a nice buttery flavor, it didn’t help balance out the saltiness much. Still, it was okay overall.
Pricing is fair for what you get. It’s just really the customer service that needs improvement.

Ordered the Hot Stone Special and a side of Crispy Calamari. The Crispy Calamari was not particularly special, a bit less than expected for the price, there might be better appetizer options on the menu. The Hot Stone Special as the name suggests was served in a hot stone bowl and a plate of assorted meats on the side including ribeye, brisket, beef ball, tendon, and tripe. Each of these cuts were pretty good and the presentation was pleasant. The ribeye and brisket were both very tender to eat once boiled in the broth and the beef balls had a nice chewy texture. The tendon piece had nice jelly consistency and the tripe was a good portion shredded thinly to be able to eat. The interior is pretty minimal with some posters of Vietnamese dishes sparsely adorning the walls keeping a very straightforward appearance. Service could be improved. We were a group of 3 but chose to order ahead without one person. We took a little longer browsing the menu and asked them to come back. After the shift lead/manager got our order down, it took about 30 minutes for the pho to arrive while the table next to us had two people who arrived later and ordered later but got their same pho first. The rest of the staff were quick and careful to get our hot bowls set on our table. Overall, the hot stone bowls might be a little bit more of a gimmick that makes for a unique experience.

Great presentation of pho with the hot stone special. Broth was not flavorful. Like the wider pho noodle choice. Share the same plaza as Da Vien Coffee and dessert Bake & Che.

I came here on a Friday afternoon and it was relatively busy, but we were sat right away. The restaurant is bright and clean and great for lunch. Our server came to taken our drink order quickly and was very attentive.

The stone pot pho here is actually really great. However, the restaurant is filled with fruit flies and mosquitoes it really takes away from the experience of having a stone pot pho to begin.
Easy fix for this restaurant to invest in a little bit of insect repellant and some zevo traps and I would have really enjoyed my meal here.
Also sucks to constantly swat away insects from the bean sprouts and raw meats while trying to enjoy a steaming stone pot of pho.

Go get yourself an egg coffee next door at Da Vien and stop by here for a bowl of pho or steak and eggs. You’ll be instantly transported to Vietnam without flying there. can’t ask for a better breakfast.

My first time at Hot Stone Pho, I must admit, it was just okay. I’m not sure what all the hype is about. I ordered the brisket pho, fried calamari, and spring rolls. The calamari was decent, but the sauce for the spring rolls was a bit too sweet.
