Amazing services by the crew. Very fast, attentive and friendly too.
The fish soup broth was not enough, it’s kinda hard to scoop off the soup to your bowl, they offered if you want more broth, but then less flavorful after they add with just the base broth without seasoning.
Garlic shrimp was the highlight of the dinner.
The gave us complementary drinks & desserts
Overall was good food, great service and good vibes.
When you come here, Please tips the servers 20% or more as they worked really hard.

I normally cannot handle fish because of the smell, but this restaurant totally changed my mind. They clean and cook the fish so well that I actually enjoyed eating it — no fishy smell at all, just really good flavor.
They also have a ton of other dishes and skewers that are amazing. If you’re ever in Edison, NJ, this is definitely a spot you need to check out. Highly recommended!

I had dinner tonight at Hot Space Edison and it was my first time coming here. The look and the taste of the food were so good. Everything is made fresh and hot when the server brought it to my table. Restaurant is clean and the service is worth a 5 star. Definitely recommend this place!

Hot Space in Edison has officially become one of my favorite dining spots! From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. One thing I truly appreciated was how the staff constantly changed our used plates without us even having to ask, keeping the dining experience fresh and comfortable.
The food? Simply outstanding. If you’re a fan of bold, spicy flavors, this is the place to be. Every dish was packed with rich, authentic Sichuan heat, yet perfectly balanced and bursting with flavor. That being said, for those who aren’t as spice-inclined—like my kids—there were still plenty of delicious options that they thoroughly enjoyed.
This was my second visit, and this time, I brought two other families along. Safe to say, Hot Space delivered yet again! Everyone had a fantastic time, and we left full, happy, and already talking about our next visit. If you love great food, stellar service, and a lively atmosphere, Hot Space is a must-try. Highly recommend!

My family and I stopped by Hot Space last night, and enjoyed it a lot! The inside was very nicely designed and we got some booth seats which were quite comfortable. The waiters and waitresses were very courteous and helpful as well!
We ordered the chicken with chili sauce appetizer, a lamb skewer, the stinky tofu pot (which was not too stinky haha), and the barramundi fish pot with spicy garlic sauce and veggies. The food was delicious!
They also provided peanuts/sunflower seeds at the very beginning, and gave us each a small bowl of jelly dessert at the end, and we liked that it wasn’t too sweet.
Overall great experience!

The Hot Space Brooklyn location has always been my go-to. Most branches are pretty similar, but I’ve noticed the portion sizes here are smaller than other locations. The flavors are also a bit duller. The crawfish was fresh but a little too salty. What really stood out was the service, our waiter was so thoughtful and even offered us hair ties after seeing we ordered crawfish. Overall, compared to other locations, this one falls a bit short, but on its own, it’s still a solid spot and if you’re in the area its definitely a must try.
