Love the food, very umami, and quite a variety to pick from. Meat, vegetable, seafood, and sauces all look clean and properly prepared.
Here is my secret sauce recipe that my husband and I love so much when we sit there.
Splash of Fish sauce, 2 spoons of Hoisin, minced garlic, chili garlic oil, chopped thai chili peppers, sesame seeds, and add some spring onions or cilantro if you want.

I absolutely love this place! They have everything you could ever want here. It’s a good thing that Fort Collins has this amazing addition to the food scene. The lamb and short rib are my favorite meats. The prices are great and the service is also top tier! Lam, Vivian and Deme all took very good care of me. You will not be disappointed. I will be coming back as long as they are here.

Dare I say that we actually have a good Asian spot in Fort Collins? I’m not talking good just for FC, but one that’s just GOOD. The hot pot selection is great, with lots of different broths, unlimited meat and tons of sides. They even had the peeled quail eggs and the fresh enoki mushrooms. I tried the Tom Yum, beef, and spicy broths – spicy was the way to go.
In terms of value, it’s not cheap but still lands on the lower end of what you would pay for an AYCE hot pot.

This place is a great date night, and/or fun to go with friends. We enjoyed the hot pot style, meat is delicious, super fresh ingredients, fun experience. I have been there a few times and it can be a bit hit or miss on service depending on how busy they are. Show up hungry, as the cost is all you can eat. Note: at this time the don’t have a liquor license, so no alcoholic drinks yet.

This is the best hot pot place! As Asian myself? I’ve been to many hot pot places in different states. This place is the best hot pot place ever! I’m surprised they have many authentic Asian vegetables and dumplings. The meat is fresh and good quality. I’m SO HAPPY we have an authentic Asian restaurant in FC.

Great variety of food options, like that individuals can have their own hotpot! The grill is also a good feature. My 4 yr old really enjoyed his experience and insists on going again. Service was very good.

Dress in dark clothes and come ready to eat. So good, the only complaint I have is no alcohol. But they said they’re trying to get a license soon. Regardless I’ll definitely be back for more.

Visited from Philadelphia with my fiancee and her sister and baby. There’s tons of hot pot places in Philly but this kbbq/hot pot place in Fort Collins beat out a lot of Philly places because of the fantastic quality of meat and other food that they have here. Annie our server made the experience even better by thorughly explaining the hot pot process to my fiancee’s sister, making great recommendations on what to order, and checking in on us without being overbearing. Highly recommend this place to everyone in the area looking for a good quality restaurant that doesn’t break the bank.

First time at this location and had an excellent experience! So thankful for the all you can eat area. You can try so many new foods and cook them to however you want. It absolutely was such a fun date night. Already planning our next time coming here hahah. Used to be the Cajun spot right by Lucille’s, got confused with parking hahaha.

Amazing hot pot. I haven’t had it in years but my server rainah was super helpful in reminding me how things worked. The food itself was amazing I would highly recommend the fatty beef and pho broth. My water stayed filled during my entire stay which I personally really appreciate. Overall awesome environment, I came along this time but will absolutely be recommending to friends and family!
